Gaurav bhaiya, i love ur vlogs and watch all on your main chanel, sometimes i visit this chanel also. I differ a bit with your opinion. Ab apne compete karna band kardia hai, but still ap itne supplements ku lete hain, sirf protein ku nahi, why do you need even pre workout to stimulate your workout strength? Don't you think you have made yourself too dependent on substances for proper results? But still i truly respect and love the things you do.

Sirf money ki baat nahi, For example, I can afford pre workout but I don't prefer because I'm not competing so I don't want to be dependent on pre workout for energy. Ye sab suppliments ki adat pad jaati hai, islie try karo ki adat na daalo, it's not about money everytime.

just a humble suggestion Sir, in Ayurveda, jaggery is of Hot potency. So it should be avoided in summers. A better alternative would be Dhaage waali Mishri (Raw unprocessed sugar crystals), which also carry a lot of nutrients. You can read more about it online with reference to Ayurveda practices :) BTW, great vlogs

Sir I have changed my whey protein flavor from Dymatize whey double chocolate to chocolate fudge, I have been using every precaution from Sipping the protein shake slowly to let the bubble settle after shaking, still I am having a very bad stomach ache evrytime n sometimes I had vomitted too. What to do, using only one scoop, used not to happen this with double chocolate flavor 😢
