I just found this page and been doing it about 5 days now and i love it thank you and simple i love it and works around my daily schedule i am a single mama of 3 kids and a full time online college student definitely works with my schedule . i do a 30 minute video and half of a video which is 45 mins and i tell you i feel the burning and size change already. i am loving it so much and will continue thank you Roberta keep them coming!!!!!!!!

This workout is extremely easy! To be honest,I was expecting more of a challenge because of the comments.
I used to be fat, many mocked me. I decided to do exercises. I found this and I've been watching exercises over this for nine months now !!! Now my mother and dad are telling me I'm thin, I keep going

Hello Roberta.... Thank u so much for these excersis. I been working for past 8 months.... I wanted to reduce my weight as had harminal imbalance.... But later with prayer I started ur workouts I was 75 when started but at 5 months I was 62 I reduce 14 kgs with diet too.... Now my weight is maintained healthy with 62 to 64 and I do ur excersises daily. My hormones levels are normal now... It's miracle. God bless u
If you're looking for an easy workout or scared to try one because you think you cant do it, this is the one to do. First time doing it and I was able to do it through. You guys got this. But if your looking for a hard workout to show results fast, I dont know if this is the one for you. I'm doing this one in the morning and a chloe ting one at night.

Be careful about losing weight. Since you are only 12, it means puberty is just starting for you and weight and other stuff will be weird, especially how you still have a lot of growing to do. Just be careful and don't over do anything!

Yay I did it ! Thank you- having been a gym rat in a *prior* life and now a desk jockey this exercise program was just what I need. And yes I found it challenging enough - cough , knee crunches, cough- canât wait to master this . Setting an alarm for every morning - 10 minutes after I wake up, while the coffee is going..

Day 1: â I couldn't finish the rest it's to much for mah fat body so I got 11 minutes into it to bring up my own easy exercises but it went well so I'll update tomorrow
Day 2: â it hurt alot more in my stomach than it did but I managed to get to the end this time! I'm feeling a bit more confident already. I hope this goes well!
Day 3: â it was better it did hurt but not as much. I completed it and this time I'm not the sweaty đ° that's good, still not seeing any rusults but it's not been long so I might start seeing is soon! update tomorrow.

So I been doing many types of workouts ever since summer started, but it was those who just focus on one specific workout. Known Robertaâs Gym for a year and I had to come back, this workout focuses on the 3 main things Iâm achieving for. I want to do this workout for at least a month, if not, until summer ends :)
Day 1: It wasnât as hard at first since Iâm used to working out more, but will admit the end of it was crucial, could feel my abs burning up, overall loving it already đ
Day 2: Been bloated all day, did eat pretty much so went for a walk and then ran 4 laps across my neighborhood. Spend an hour doing that. Then waited another hour to cool off and came back to the workout. Will say it felt lighter then yesterday, even tho I feel full and tired, haha idk but done for today so Iâm proud!!!
Day 3: Sore all dayyy đźâđš. Did some warmups so I wouldnât get hurt ofc. Itâs starting to feel easier for me now, and just in day 3!! Canât wait to see results in a month đ
Day 4: Loving this workout. Keep telling myself that not only is it about working out but also having a healthy diet, so thatâs what Iâm also achieving for ;)
Day 5: Went out today and ate a lot, came home to still keep up with this workout, and last ones were hard, I couldnât pick up my legs anymore, but still was able to finish it!
Day 6: Getting used to it, feels lighter now đ Iâm actually using weights when doing the squats and my legs start shakinggg, recommend using them too ;)
Day 7: decided today was my rest day, been pretty sore and do need the little break
Day 8: Going back to it was easy at first then ending yet again like if I was just starting, love the intensity hahah
Day 9: Went to a pool, couldnât workout :(
Day 10: Back to it, did it first thing waking up and let me tell you, my bloatness went awayyy
Day 11: keep doing it, and it feels like a lighter workout
Day 12: Iâm adding more repetitions to the workout to make it more challenging, feels nicer
Day 13: rest
Day 14: rest đ today is my boyfriends and I 9 month anniversary so went and spend the day with him, had a lovely time đ
Day 15: back at it againnn, forgot to mention it but in day 6 is when I started to see the difference on my abs, my legs feel stronger now and Iâll keep doing this till school starts, thatâs what i decided :)
Day 16: trying doing while holding in my stomach and it is hard and heard it is risky but I feel lighter, I wouldnât do this often but once or twice every other week
Day 17: omg for some reason, my abs started to feel painful, I think it was because I was breathing too fast, I couldnât control it hahaha, but Iâm all good :)
Day 18: here I am, still doing this, be proud of yourself if youâve come this far :)
Day 19: Iâm dripping in sweat, added few more extras, if it was 12 I added to 20, since I still wasnât tired so I made it more challenging
Day 20: rest day
Day 21: not as tiring as before!!

Im 16 and want to get my body more toned and gain some muscle, iâve tried to put off the work to do it when iâm older, but i always think âthe time will pass anyways, so why not startâ Iâm gonna try to do this all of summer and see how much I progress before the beginning of my junior year) so hereâs Day 1!!

I just started today! (Iâm not going on a diet but Iâm going to try to eat healthy.) My goal is to try for 2 weeks!
Day 1â : honestly it wasnât to bad at all some workouts were harder than other but I managed to get through the whole thing just fine! I also wanna try maybe doing this twice a day morning and night! (Did it once today) ok I will keep you updated!
Day 2â : it was a bit easier than yesterday sadly I was busy today so I only did it once. Goal for tomorrow is to do it twice (also no results yet)
