My God since yesterday i was watching all the old videos on the channel and missing so much a new video and praying to Allah that Shabbir is alright and fearing if its the last that we are going to see from him. The fruit that David beared was not defined by his sin of by Batseba only. He repented after that and David went forth to write over 150 psalms. When we look at the fruit David produced was that millions of people learned from his life that even if you should sin you should seek and praise God. That example shows his fruit. In other words Shabir is disingeniously trying to prove that there are only two options for the verses interpretation: 1 If you accept Jesus' standard it means David was a false prophet or 2) you need to accept that David was a true prophet and Jesus not.
The only "prophet" who never commited a sin was Jesus- in the end all the prophets in the Bible (who sinned) produced good fruit. What Shabir is doing here is applying the verse selectively and according to his own created parameters... why do I say so? If an athlete in a competition makes a number of mistakes (sins) but go on to win the race- did the athlete produce good or bad fruit?
The evenhanded/ honest commentator whould say good fruit... we are judged therefor , according to the application of the verse according to the end bearing/ outcomes of our work/ life efforts if it is according to Gods will in Jesus - as Jesus says nobody comes to the Father excepts through me...
