First he invented his own standard and was politely told "who are you to make a standard?". Then he is pointed to a standard given by Jesus, which backfire so bad.. typical Christian.
Denial
Shabir you are correct that the standard is impossible, that is why even the prophets needs Jesus' atonement. However, Theo did time and again point out to you that David (and the other prophets) repented of their bad fruit, thus correcting their fruit after the good. Scripture again is very clear that if you repent, the blood of the sacrifice will save you.
You are taking, disingenuously- (if I may say) about a singular deed/ sin out of the ministry of a prophet (who is still a human) and then say that nullify all the harvests of good/fruit of the tree even after the prophet repented. So then only the tree was cut (when the prophet died). Please consider that Jesus never said that a prophet will be sinless. But (like a tree) all his work should deliver a fruit (of good) after its kind at the end of the day. If you think of David, what fruit did his life work/ ministry deliver, good or bad? The criterion Jesus has put still remains... Your juggling does not change the validity of the criterion of Jesus nor disapproves it..

@@michaelevans4110 you are mistaken because of your ignorance of the subject matter and misplaced attempt to sound quasi-scientific. 1) The Christian books making up the Bible was written in and to congregations of Christians and was handed from person to person. They knew each other personally and all of these congregations were overseen by the Apostles and individually the Elders who ensured that false teachings be identified and excluded from the corpus.
Contrast that with the fact that we are having today in excess of 27 different Qurans - proven! That is even after Uthman burned numerous versions centuries ago without knowing which one is the real one conclusively! I will not even go into all the problems with the Hadiths here but are willing to address it with you.
Christians retained over millennia even the writings which differed from what we believed is true to the original and made it part of scholarly critique and discussion as we have no fear for wherever the truth leads! Not the same in Islam as you just need to read the Quran to understand how inconsistent its message and its Allah is when you do a critical comparative study of it.... if Shabir is trying to humour anyone, it seems like his arguments- clownish... to say the least. (I however doubt that that was his intention. His approach in the past showed much more moral integrity)
You see Muslims sits with a major problem in this tech era. Anyone has access to ACADEMIC verifiable research from the comfort of their phones... and if you care to apply the hermeneutical process you will find the Muslim religion assessed from a scientific approach wanting.
