Anaerobic exercise is not for fat burn. So if that is your goal, and you truly are in the Anaerobic zone, I would not recommend. Perhaps a high-intensity Aerobic workout. You will potentially lose weight in both zones, but Anaerobic exercise mostly burns from Glycolysis rather than burning from body fat (Lipolysis).
The fact that we have the same trainers made me want to do this even more. So I did ;)

I did this because I was too lazy to do a longer video but felt guilty about not exercizing, well, I gotta say, it was short but challenging enough for me. Note to self: never underestimate the 14 minutes workout videos.

Great workout. Quick, well rounded, a few break movements that allow a little recover but not too slow to where you cool down..
I'm gonna do this in the mornings with ain't weights and calisthenics at night
This was pretty fun. A nice way to end your strength workout before your rest day, especially if you replace the core sections with pull-up bar core exercises.

When I am doing the static squat, I feel all the pressure on my knees..does that mean I'm doing it wrong ?
And also, is there an easier version of the lizard hops because I can't really do them :/

Rocio Salazar all brutal workouts dont look brutal. I did this and at the end almost threw up and had to stop for about 5 seconds twice... and I'm a person who finished INSANITY and INSANITY ASYLUM. so... Do it without taking any breaks I dare you xD haha.

Goodness, that is "brutal". This workout is fit only for advanced fitness level.
Anaerobic trainning is the best. Doesnt take much time and the intensity is waaay higher.
When it says 'brutal' and when I saw the workout itself, routines I've never done before, and Daniel exhausted, I thought I couldn't do this one... Although I was very curious about the "lizard jump"... So I gave it a try. I did it! And honestly said: At the last squat hops in the end I squated deeper than Daniel... ;o)
As soon as I saw the squat jacks I knew my legs would be dead. They kill me every time >.
