That is so true...like jump squats I can do those, until the jumping lunges came in, those are so difficult and present in each of Daniel's workouts..
I struggle with those because I have weak ankles so none of these exercises are easy for me LOL still get through it though 👌

It was nice to have an instructor that is hurting with you instead of being all happy and smiling 😂 I also like how he was always reminding me to breathe and open up my chest!

I suffer from GAD and depression so it is hard for me to go to the gym and workout but you guys have helped with these videos. I feel better at the end of each workout so thanks guys i do appreciate it.

I just did this whole thing with just a few slightly lower impact adjustments on intervals like the lizard hops. I'm so proud of myself! When I started in June my knees were so bad I could barely jog and now I'm doing star jumps and stuff. As usual, thank you guys so much!

Great workout. Like the new format but only suggestion would be to have a louder beep when things are over for each set of 20 seconds. When down on the floor doing mountain climbers, I could never tell when you had finished and was missing some of the rest period before I realized it was done. I work from my computer and am on the floor and can't look up at the desk.

+Danielsgirl389 haha I am SO bad at them too, and also too weak to really do them well. But today I figured out the pattern at least. You have to hop forward/support yourself with the leg on the side you'e going towards, so if you're kicking up towards the right, you hop your right foot forward and support yourself on your right foot, kick your left leg through and if you can manage, pick your right hand up off the ground, like you're kicking your arm out of the way.

I LOVE and HATE this workout at the same time!!!
I think this workout is rougher than some of the 1,000 calorie ones. These are TOUGH HIIT exercises, and little rest time throughout the routine. I took a couple extra breaks. My form wasn't the greatest during the second half, but I'm celebrating anyway because I made it through.
Better to go slower and keep your form most important part. As long as you continue to make as fast as you can while keeping form. You'll get best results

I just found Fitness Blender two weeks ago, and I am SO happy I did! I started working out to get in shape and lose weight over a year ago. I've lost 50 lbs so far and two months ago hit a plateau. One week in with Fitness Blender, only two HIIT hours down, and I lost a pound. I'm so excited! I've been doing some other youtuber's videos, some pilates and some HIIT, and I think that Kelli and Daniel are immensely more intelligent and talented in comparison to any other fitness guru I've seen so far. They're more motivating too! These videos are difficult, and it helps me to stay confident when I can see that they're working too, and some of the reps are getting to them as well. So anyway, thank you so, so much Kelli and Daniel! You guys rock! You have broken my weight loss plateau (only 19 lbs to go!!!) and renewed my love of sweat and soreness! XD

+obama It came natural to me after a week or so, its so much fun now. If you feel difficult, do some pushups and planks for a week or two, you can do it. trust me!
Its ramadan and I usually workout (including HIIT) while fasting. I did a kickboxing session today with Daniel, will rest up tomorrow and hopefully tackle this beast the day after. In this blessed month of Ramadan, I pray for you guys (Dan and Kelly). I miss my gym, but have been working out with your videos and it makes me feel alive. Due to ramadan my diet is really off, havent lost weight but fitness is more than a number on the scale i guess 🙂

i didn't feel like doing my usual hiit workout videos, or working out at all, so i came here to find something different and WOW I'm glad i did! this kicked my butt!! even more than my videos, i think i found a new fave 😁
I took about a 10 day HIIT break, then welcomed myself back with this routine. It was rough, especially the second half. I took a lot more breaks, but pushed through to the end. Thanks guys!

I had to take many, many breaks; especially for the second half, and it took me well over an hour to complete, but I'm glad I made it to the end. The stretch was sooo rewarding.
WORKOUT COMPLETE! Man, I'm wiped out... Thought this would be a good idea to get a bit of HIIT training in after an 8 mile run - might have slightly overestimated myself. I'll be feeling the burn tomorrow for sure! Thank you for yet another outstanding workout, Daniel and Kelli.
This is exactly the reason why programmes are so important!! I never in a million years would have picked this up if it wasn't given to me as a part of a programme. "Insane" in the title... Nope. Squat jumps, star jumps and jumping lunges in the same workout... NOPE! But I did it because it was my workout of the day and I am SPENT. Feeling good now tho. Time to eat!

I am so happy; finally, I was able to finish this workout. I tried 1 week ago, but I gave up mid-way. Anyone who is struggling like I was, keep at it guys, your body will show improvement.
This was the first workout of theirs I did.. 2 yrs and 40 lbs later, this one still turns my legs to jelly and makes me want to cry all at the same time! 😥awesome workout and thanks so much!

I had the same thought as skinnypigs below...great workout, and I love that my wife introduced me to your channel...but I couldn't tell when the 20 was over for anything where I wasn't able to watch the display. Mix in the countdown beep at a much higher level and this will be perfect. Thanks for all the great home workouts and all the great variety!

Always breaking and I tried the lizard hops the first week and I've just given up with them do butt kickers or something else anything but lizard hops 😩

The only thing that kept me going was that Daniel was as tired as I was 😂 I was kinda feeling like a loser for being so tired and then he’s like, “sorry guys, I’m slowing down here.” and I was thought, “Well dang! I must be doing alright if Daniel is tired too.” Thanks Daniel!
I love this workout, challenging and makes me feel accomplished every time. What comes to my mind when I hear HIIT is something like this, perfect duration and intensity. Daniel you are the HIIT king :)

Suggestion: have the small "next exercise" demo extend into the rest period. For some of the ground exercises, it's difficult to lookup and see how next exercise is performed while trying to continue with the current exercise. Sorry if this has already been suggested in other comments.

This workout had me covered in sweat, even though I had to modify a lot of the moves. I hope to improve as time goes on. HIIT is not one of my strengths, but I know how effective this is. Thanks guys! :)
