I first started doing fitness blender workouts in May to lose some winter fluff but I quit after 2 months because I was getting bigger. I build muscle easily, so it was very discouraging. After a month of being back at it I actually SEE great results and this is what I am doing:
- HIIT maximum 3 times a week, walking on my rest days. I also warm up for more like 15-20 minutes, I learned I respond better to workouts this way.
- vegetarian diet during the week, limiting refined sugars and alcohol
- tracking my macros
- sleeping 8 hours a night
It took like 6 months of trial and error to figure out what my body likes and I think I cracked it! So listen to your body, don't be surprised if it takes a load of time to figure stuff out, and just enjoy the journey!

its really wierd how belly fat seems to go down with out actually doing crunches. it's the high intensity workouts with jumping included, water fruits and vegetables that reduces belly fat. situps alone jus give u muscle with flab still over it. i learned that from experience.
you'd have to do thousands of crunches just to lose one pound of fat... high intensity is where it's at, or low intensity on an empty stomach.
im already not a big fan of crunches so I wouldn't do 1,000s of them. I prefer the actual workouts, they're more fun anyway and u lose pounds a lil bit of everywhere. so after all, you'll be looking good through out ur entire body.

i have lost almost 30 pounds in like 4 months doing these workouts daily (i have rest days ofc) and i can def see a different in the loss, my eating habits have improved which helps too, but this proves their workouts truly work awesome! thank you fitness blender for being so motivating💟

i hate it, but it keeps my feet fast, so when i do these workouts, i learn to build stamina.
i slowly started increasing my pace during the boxer shuffle. After 1 and a half months i can do them as fast as her.

i remember doing this when i was a teen. it was one of my favorite workouts ever, because it is both challenging and super effective. at that time i was in my best shape, but when covid started i dropped my healthy lifestyle. tomorrow will be the first day i will do again this workout. can't wait
I made it up to 13:16, right before the squats. I've never done this intense of a workout, thus leading to my quads being super sore(my first time, too). That was insane, I'll do this again and hopefully make it farther, perhaps to the end! Wish me luck

This is one of the best exercises if you are looking for reduction of waist and hip,in three weeks my waist step of measuring: 82cm to 77 cm just doing these exercises 5 times a week, with some cardio and without any kind of diet (eating healthy only)

Kylie M i use to eat 2 chapatis with vegetables in breakfast and dinner and in lunch i use to eat very little amount of rice..... And most importantly i use to drink about 3-4 liters water per day

Sorry for replying to this so late! I do a H.I.I.T workout like this 2-3 times a week (no more because if you do it with enough intensity, you should be too tired to do more. Plus, you lose the benefits if you do the same thing everyday.) The other days of the week I mix up with running, CrossFit, Yoga, Pilates, low intensity cardio workouts and swimming. It took me a few months to see results.

Definitely different H.I.I.T videos. You don't want your body to get used to one video and stop finding it hard. If there's one video you really like, you could try modifying the moves or add weights or try more more reps in the time of each interval. Little changes like that can make a big difference too.
I have done this probably around 10 times the past 2 years.
Started working out last week. Did another HIIT workout two days in a row. Today I did this one again. I had to take a break of about 5-7 minutes after round 2 bc my feet were killing me (it felt like cramps on both of my feet). Anyway I finished and did the second part twice! This was my best workout so far, I think, of all of the times I have done this. Plus it's really hot here today.... so I sweat even more.
I was really close to not working out today. But I am so glad I did. Let's see if I can do this tomorrow too. If not, I'll just do this on Thursday... and whenever I've got time.
I have only 4 weeks left until exams start but I really wanna get a bit in shape until the end of July. We'll see if I manage to study well, eat well &a healthy and workout well. I'm going to try to update.

I keep sitting here avoiding working out but when I remember that picture someone took of me where I realized just how fat i was, it motivates me to get my ass up.
Love this workout, made it several times with many of your programmes, since last May I lost more than 15 kgs...muscles up...no strict diet, just no sugars, organic food and sourdough bread...and yet IF...yeah...at the beginning every workout seems hard...later you need challenges...to improve everything within those 20 seconds...and I am not young...simply love your workouts...
Guys why are you doing this daily? HIIT is actually designed for burning calories up to 48 hours after your workout. Unlike regular cardio excersises where you only burn calories whilst doing the exercise.
When you do HIIT training, you can keep burning calories for 2 entire days so you can eat all of your favourite foods and still lose weight.
You’re not required to do this daily, just do it 3 times a week. Because you’re not stacking time where you burn calories.
This is actually what actors use when they need to prepare for a movie, or bodybuilders to look even more pumped up.
And it’s great, you’re only doing this for 45 minutes a week and you will lose more weight in a few weeks than you propably will lose by doing regular cardio in months.

The first time I did it, I had to take little breaks almost all the time. Now I have a better endurance and stamina. This really helped me lose belly fat while eating the same amount of food. I would recommend this video to anyone trying to lose belly fat/weight.

this was sooo fun! i was bawling and screaming at the static squats but i pushed myself to get through it. i normally despise anything involving prolonged squatting and as a matter of fact i normally chicken out quite quickly but somehow i was pumped enough to get through it
did this a week later and it was wayyyyyyyy easier. the squats were easy to get through.

I really enjoy the variations in your HIIT workouts. Today I started exercising again after 5 days of being on holiday and I gotta say I cannot do the 2nd set as I was able to earlier. Started getting cramps and I stopped. Tomorrow I'll make sure to complete the entire thing.
omg tbh the first exercise was confusing so when i go down my hand slip i hit my face to the ground my teeth almost broke this is freaking hard damn it but ill try from today onward and hope to see better result

I have just done this workout and it was incredibly hard and challenging but I saw it all the way through and I’m so proud I attempted it and have done it. Cannot wait to try this again and improve. I love this for when I'm short on time. Quick and effective. I mean it gets my heart rate up and I sweat so it I know its doing something. Not to mention woobly legs from so much jumping. Great workout! Thanks for creating it and making it available. I'm 57 and was able to complete it largely because I do Sprint8s on an elliptical in the gym which is another form of HIIT. However, this left my calves and thighs more fatigued than Sprint8 which is great. I'm add this three times a week on the same day as Sprint8 to allow 48 hours of recovery in between.

Thanks for this awesome workout! And to those wishing to lose weight, at the end of the day, it really comes down to your diet. Exercises can only do so much. I'm certain the ones who claim they have lost 5kg or more have also made adjustments to their daily caloric intake. Long story short, if you wanna lost belly fat, do HIIT AND eat less (less 500 calories is a good rule of thumb). For every 3500 calories you give up, you lose 1 pound of weight. And don't be dismay if you find your belly losing fat slowly despite losing weight, because you're also losing fat everywhere else too. You can't target one area of your body to lose fat.
I've done this for 3 weeks now lost 13 lbs haven't dieted because I'm nursing but I def see the results my baby is 6 months and altho I was strictly nursing I didn't shed the weight as much as I do with this but I do it once in the morning an once at night

great work out. I have been doing this everyday for a week now. I started slow but am picking up my calorie burn. The key is to take it slow, get the forms down. But do it regularly. Listen to your body. Nothing messes physical fitness like an injury. Slow and steady.

This is a toughie! I guess I am a lower-intermediate level, and I had to take extra breaks of even 5 or 10 more seconds into between groupings. You know it's hard when flutterkick squats are a vacation! Love it!

Ummm no. At 0:25 she says, and I quote, "... there's no warmup or cooldown in this video so you're going to want to do that on your own."
I simply asked for a link to the warmup video if I need to do that on my own.
And she didn't mention anything about it not being there "because it's cardio"
+Chirag K C, All you have to do is youtube search "fitness blender warmup," pick one you like and then do it. Then just switch to the main workout. It's as simple as opening two tabs and having one as the warmup, then switching over to this.
I'm a man and I've lost 10 kg (22 lbs) in 7 months doing this 3 times a week (with one additional "x-burpees" at the end, since february 2017). NO DIET !

Did this after 3 months of no workout let alone a hiit routine and I felt drained at the end..it's a tough road ahead for me in recovering my fitness level but thanks Kelli for this amazing routine!

I prefer Abs Boot Camp Workout or Pilate Workout it helps me concetrate for the next workout after breakfast ,it clears your mind cuz when it comes to HIIT or bodyweight workout ,thinking is not a good thing .

+Alisha :) Im on level 3 of the shred but got "tired" of doing the same workout. This HIIT workout seems to have me sweating A LOT more than Jilian's tape (I sweat crazy there too but not like this :-( )
So I thought "Yeah I can do this" while drinking my beer and ready to light up a cigarrette. And then it was postponed for tomorrow.
Did it yesterday for the first time, and loved it, so I am going to continue doing it daily! Hopefully I'll see results soon.

Been doing this for almost 2 weeks and I've already lost 2kg. I have been so down before starting this exercise because my weight doesn't go down even if I workout for an hour. But since I've included this in my exercises, I've started to cut off my weight and reaching my goal! Thank you FitnessBlender!

i am doing interminating fasting worrior diet and someone suggested to do this with this diet and i tried it out and i am like boom after 1 month i am feeling so enrgetic and helthy my growth hormone has increased everyday and i dont feel hungry during my 23 hours fasting and even thou i eat one meal a day i feel so enrgetic and iam full of energy.
