  • This quick stretch workout will leave you feeling amazing! You will relieve tension, increase your flexibility and improve your mobility with with 10 min (ok, almost 13 min) workout!
    This is great to do anytime on its own or after any workout to reduce muscle soreness and feel rejuvenated.

    Great 10 minute series! I did the whole routine a day after the abs. Loved all of it! You get a full body workout for the whole routine, plus the stretching at the end! I just decided to put my comment here. Thank you so much for giving us such a nice variety in your workouts! You are so encouraging! Keep up the great work!

    Awesome full body stretch in 10 minutes. I like using the chair to get that leverage for some deeper stretches.

    Thank you! When I retired 5 years ago I was in fairly good shape. But ever increasing caregiving for my husband over the next 4 years eventually had me housebound and overwhelmed. It's been a year and a half since I lost him and now it's time for me to get back to strong and healthy myself! But I'm so weak and unfit that I'm scared to try an exercise class for fear of injury - which these days seems to happen from the slightest exertion! Your videos are perfect - I'm moving without sudden movements and starting at a level that feels safe but still some exertion. I also appreciate that your voice is calm and encouraging without being a loud cheerleader!
