This is great to do anytime on its own or after any workout to reduce muscle soreness and feel rejuvenated.

Great 10 minute series! I did the whole routine a day after the abs. Loved all of it! You get a full body workout for the whole routine, plus the stretching at the end! Thank you! When I retired 5 years ago I was in fairly good shape. But ever increasing caregiving for my husband over the next 4 years eventually had me housebound and overwhelmed. It's been a year and a half since I lost him and now it's time for me to get back to strong and healthy myself! But I'm so weak and unfit that I'm scared to try an exercise class for fear of injury - which these days seems to happen from the slightest exertion! Your videos are perfect - I'm moving without sudden movements and starting at a level that feels safe but still some exertion. I also appreciate that your voice is calm and encouraging without being a loud cheerleader!

Yes, I designed this new 10 minute series so each video can be done by itself, or all put together for a full body 40 minute workout :)
lauren, my gym trainer, was very irregular; he recently took my money and scooted. i am done with offline trainers. please let me know what I could do for 2/3 days of strength training from home and what equipment would be needed?
You only need a few sets of dumbbells. Check out my playlists. I do a weekly workout plan if you want some guidance, and a I have a "strength" playlist if you are just looking for strength training workouts.
