  • Work all your major muscles in this quick workout for your lower body! This workout is knee friendly and osteoporosis friendly so there are no exercises that involve rounding or twisting your back and there are no squats, lunges or jumping exercises!
    You will need a chair or base of support to hold on to for a few of the exercises. Remember to go at your own pace, keep your core engaged (tummy pulled in) to protect your lower back.
