Morning Standing Stretch Workout // Activate your Muscles in your Pajamas!
Do you workout in your bathrobe or your pajamas sometimes? I do! This workout was inspired by those mornings when you are short on time, but want to squeeze in a quick workout. You don't need any equipment or even shoes. All moves are performed in a standing position and can be comfortably performed in whatever you are wearing. Enjoy and have a great day!

    ❤ I am turning 60 in a couple weeks and consider myself NOT a senior 🤣first time trying this a friend suggested to pair with my yin yoga I just started ( chiropractor suggested ) I definitely feel more loosened up ! I've had a shoulder replacement,disc in my neck replaced and rotator cuff repair on the other shoulder ..... feel like the bionic woman 😂 you're probably too young to get that reference. Going to keep up for awhile & hope to see a difference. I walk 3-4 miles 4-5 days a week and was having pain in the sacrum ..... We shall see !!!

    Used 5lbs and feel awesome. A little longer than I'm used to but still doable for me.I thought about doing this one twice a week and then shorter exercises in between (I exercise 5 days a week). What are your thoughts on that?

      I think that's a great plan Sue! On your shorter days I would work in some walking and stretching workouts. Barre or pilates 1 day a week for toning and flexibility would make for a well rounded schedule :)

    First time trying Pilates at 63! This really kicks butt-- if you are keeping your core taut and posture aligned and controlling those movements! WOW. Feeling like jello but also great! Loving the challenges of all your workouts. They are just right for me and where I am in my fitness journey.

    Thank you so much for these wonderful videos which have been part of my routine every day! I am 67 and underwent an angioplasty 6 months ago. I had no symptoms and have always led a very disciplined life so it came as a shock. I have started doing your yoga, stretch and balance exercises with light weights. Any routines I should avoid?
