I had mine surgically removed when I was 19. I mean, I was put under in the hospital. I remember waking up and asking the nurse, "Is it over?" She said, "It's over." The oral surgeon told me I was his case of the month. And yes, I looked as though I had the mumps (I actually had them when I was eight - not fun). Drank a lot of Carnation Instant Breakfast for the first few days afterwards (this was back in 1976). You haven't lived until you try chewing on a hamburger with your front teeth.
I got mine out and that same day my Dad brought home my first car for me to test drive. 😂😂
Awww poor you. This was funny, serious and emotional all rolled into one. I teared up as well when you started talking about Eric, that "truth serum" made for good content!! And watching Luna with you on the couch melted my heart. Hope you are back to feeling normal now. Thankyou so much for sharing. xx

Wishing you a quick recovery! It took me a good 2 weeks to start feeling better after getting mine out. I didn’t really do anything funny post surgery, but I did find a bunch of random pictures of myself on my phone later looking dazed courtesy of my dad haha.
So sweet that you’ve found your person in Eric! Every girl deserves to be treated like a queen, and it’s rare to find a good one these days 💜

Hi Julia, I just finished watching this video and all I can say is you have a very impressive man in your life who takes care of you and loves you for who YOU are. My heart melted for you when you said in your video to wait for your prince, he will come. I was also sad when you talked about your passenger who wanted a free meal and yelled at you. Who does that? It is not your job to decide what how much or if the airlines charge for food? Good on you for holding your ground during that circumstance. I told you I would watch this video later on, and I have. :-) Not only have I had my wisdom teeth out, I have had all my top teeth out and most of my bottom teeth out too. I was toattly knocked out for that procedure by a dentist. It took 3 hours to have them out and when I woke up, you can imagine how I felt. I wasn't as swollen as you were for some odd reason, and if my memory serves me correctly, I woke up the next day feeling ok. I had them taken out about 13 to 15 years ago too I think?
This was so cool for you to do. Couldn't stop laughing but thank you for always showing your true side. 😂😂😂

@@JettingJulia I just found your CZcams today. Love, love watching, I subscribed and now binge watching on my day off. 😊 Ecuador looks interesting. I am thinking on my next dayd off hopping on that American flight for a 24 to 48 hour stay and check out the same sites you did. Based on your experience Is it safe for a female to do all the sites you did without a travel buddy or do you not reccomend?
Personally as a female I would want a travel buddy in Guayaquil. However I am heading to Quito in a few weeks and have heard it is safer so we'll see!
Kudos to you for talking and filming yourself immediately after your surgery! What refreshing honesty on your part. When I had my wisdom teeth out in college I stayed in bed for a day and a half. Luckily, it was during the summer vacation so my Mom was able to take care of me. I think she enjoyed taking care of a college boy who needed his Mommy! LOL! Yes Julia, you are blessed to have Eric in your life. Remember he is just as blessed to have you in his life! I love seeing a couple that is so loving to each other! I just had my tooth pulled today. I'm home and in pain and bleeding and I remembered watching your CZcams video last year when you had your wisdom teeth pulled and you were so funny. That video was one of the funniest CZcams videos I've ever seen. So I watched it again today holding an ice pack on my cheek and for a few minutes I forgot about the pain and the blood. When you said "I'm just so lucky" and you hiccuped and started to tear up was amazing. Thanks so much for sharing so much of your life in such an honest and sincere way.

Just seeing you vulnerable and w/ no makeup, a swollen face, & slightly loopy. Like your boyfriend said, "I've never seen you more beautiful". I actually didn't recognize you immediately. The whole thing was just...cute. When you were telling Eric how much you loved him, he just goes "uh hmm".IMO, you don't go out to just try and impress people. I came upon your videos accidentally a couple of weeks ago and have enjoyed and learned a lot from some of them. Having said that this was my favorite of them so far. The hiccups had me laughing and remembering when my wife when she had procedures done. For some reason she had hiccups often and made me laugh. She passed away a few years ago but this one brought back a lot of good memories. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Good job taking care of Julia Eric, being there for her can be a life saver especially after a wisdom tooth Removal. That's major, along with complications that could possibly arrive from procedure or med's. Then of a safe ride home, No one can drive immediately after Anesthetics.

I had all 4 removed at once but had no swelling at all, I started cooling immediately after the operation; I had read that it helped.

I just noticed this video. I felt for you. Many, many years ago I had my four impacted wisdom teeth pulled out. I still have the teeth in my safe deposit box. A lot of pain thereafter with my face was shaped like a pear from the swelling, but I survived. I also had mandibular advancement surgery (I'll let you look that up if you're unsure what that is) with adult orthodontic treatment. That was far worse by a mile, but I also survived that.

WAIT for your special someone, it's definitely not something you need to rush into. I was actually single in college for 2 years before I met Eric and I'm so thankful we found each other. You will definitely find your perfect person & you'll know when you find them!

Did you have all 4 pulled? I had all 4 removed at once when I was 20...long time ago but I will never forget it. I came home fell asleep and when I woke up, wow the pain was awful. Good luck to you two.

...and , in my opinion, as the son of a pilot, and a former pilot myself. I would never board a Boeing 737 Max, or anything they rename it. Fly by wire can work for fighter jets, just fine. MCAS was put in to compensate the shift in weight and balance of the aircraft, as they changed to a "Competitive engine". Bigger, raised above the leading edge of the wing. Not dynamically sound. Easy to Stall. 346 people. That is easily, a connection to us all. Once again, Much Love to you, Eric, and happy Luna... Please stay off that greedy plane...
I still have those negative thoughts but I am actively working on changing them and loving myself more, I’ve never spoken openly about my mental health in a public forum but am feeling empowered to do so through my channel 🙂
I will do my best to avoid that plane at all, there are many flight attendants who don’t trust it either!

Awe great video!! Glad you got through it ok and had Eric to help! He did great! Made me think that I should have vlogged my experience last month getting a tooth extracted and an implant placed in one go. I wish I would have made a video about it. Oh well! Lol. Oh and when my wife and I got married in 2017 our flight attendants didn’t do anything nice like champagne or anything else. I have to chew on my left side for two more months then I can get a crown. Just in time for our April cruise on the Vista I hope. Used to chewing on one side now at least 😂
