Well on Thursday I flew to Los Angeles on American and now just got home. Everything went good. Smooth and easy! 3rd flying trip I have taken in my life.

My youngest son, he’s 12, wants to be pilot. He loves nothing more than plane watching and using the flight simulator on his computer, he knows so much about planes and what each one does, it’s crazy! We went to Heathrow in London to watch the planes landing which was really cool. We live over a flight path too and he loves that. Great would you rather episode, I loved it x ❤

ooooooh this is a good one! I would probably pay $1,000 in Alaska on a layover where I could do the expensive excursions such as a helicopter ride to a glacier and racing with snow dogs or chasing the northern lights!

I am a dispatcher for your airline and I agree 100 percent on Airbus over a 737. No comparison. However, DFW is a way better airport than PHL.

Julia curious would you rather working as the chief of on board passenger service on Amtrak
Just purchased my plane tickets for next spring/summer trip. Going to cruise the Greek Isles. Fight from NWK to ATH. (Non stop but long). You might be thinking, why NWK, don;t you live in Boston? (Well no nonstops from BOS, and had to wait 4 hours somewhere. Decided to just do the drive- and it is slightly less expensive.). Have you been? Do you want to? (If just for the food I am excited). A little nervous on heat, and crowds. Recently read that they are limiting Acroipolis visits to 25K a day, so likely have to get up early to do that.
Guess I have to watch the whole video. But both ITA ant GRC have great food. What I didnt know until recently is how related the foods are to each other. Think, wine, oils, olives, seafood.

Love seeing your adventures to interesting places. Switzerland was pretty cool. Flying west bound chasing the sun going down is interesting. Flying so far west you cross the international date line really gets confusing.
Enjoyed the content but the window reflection off the glasses was quite distracting. The relationship questions was interesting since when I started flying 40 yrs ago we didn't have 'texting', the internet or cell-phones. Phone calls from a hotel where pricey (at my airline the Captains would give "calling cards" to the cabin staff at Christmas so they could call home...now I'd just give'em gift cards) so calls where very short on lay-overs. As with all relationships communication is key.

Since you said you like Airbus better than Boeing, how do you feel about the "barking dog" sound the A320s make prior to departure and do you find that annoying? I defiantly prefer the Airbus narrowbodies as an enthusiast especially the A321s but I kinda find the "barking dog" sound rather annoying but I know all it is is just the hydraulics.
honestly I hardly even notice the barking noise! lol

It's funny you said you'd rather work a flight with Olympic athletes than celebrities because I was on a flight (as a passenger) with Special Olympic athletes (and I was also one of the athletes for unified basketball) going to the World Games in Los Angeles a few years ago. It was a fun flight and the crew really enjoyed having us on that flight and the pilots even let us sit in the cockpit after we landed which was awesome! So I'm sure you would've liked to work that flight I was on.
