This is my first of hopefully many videos on this myfulness-channel. I have dreamed about starting a vlog for over a year and now I finally decided to give it a try! This channel will be all about wellbeing and self-development. These topics are close to my heart since I am soon-to-be-psychologist, certified yoga instructor, trainer and a coach. As a psychologist-intern it seems to me like a lot of my customers (and even myself!) are struggling with similar kinds of problems. With this CZcams channel I wish to provide information and knowledge that has helped me or my customers before so that in case of similar struggles you could benefit from the practical tips as well! Additionally, I am always in a search of interesting topics which I naturally want to share with you all! If you have topic ideas, thougths or questions, please don’t hesitate to leave me a comment. Oh my god, I'm so pleasantly surprised. Not many people in 2018 can hold the viewers attention in 4+ minutes by just talking to the camera - but you clearly can!. You are a natural! and on top of that this was so informative and same time light, warm, human and just entertaining. My god, you're gonna have so much success with this. I can see you bringing a lot of value to people about all these subjects that you're clearly passionate about... and... I DO wanna be more mindful and grateful in my daily life. Thankyou Jen! Every Thursday ;) just trying to publish the newest video right now. Haha and I love the possibility of being a mermaid! Never heard that one before. So far I have been called a friendly witch, Turkish magic cat or a husky and I'd definitely prefer being secretly a mermaid! xx
Ihan loistava aloitusvideo, jään innolla odottamaan tulevia videoita! Itsellä samanlaisia mielenkiinnonkohteita, mutta vasta hiljattain aloin tuomaan esim. self development juttuja myös oman kanavan puolelle. Ja juuri senkin takia aina inspiroivaa ja motivoivaa löytää uusia kanavia seurattavaksi :)
