    Hi,
    Just thought to come in after you popped in to see what you're all about. Thanks for sharing these food for thought. I will hope to see more of your vids soon! Feel free to share some vids of mine if you like that need to be shared to others! :) Negativity, yes can be harmful if we choose to let it rule us etc. Sometimes, we need to have a balance now with positivity and negativity etc. I know that we need to be able to try and stay positive and that sometimes it can be a time that we need to learn and enjoy what we have as well as with the life we have as I shared in one of my vids about life is worth living and also all about learning and growing from what we have experienced and teach ourselves. We need to remember that we should allow us to make mistakes and be able to try and learn from these. Sorry for long comment as so many thoughts I was hoping to share yet needing to put it in right way in journal. xx Keep it up!

      Thank you for stopping by and for this very nice feedback! :) And you are so right! We absolutely need also negative thoughts and the balance is all we can hope for. I am planning to make a whole video about how precious some of the thoughts we see as "negative" really are! But we humans tend to be negative for most of the time and lot of the time it's not really necessary. And learning and growing are very big part of our wellbeing, unfortunately some feelings like fear and thoughts of self doubt can stand in between us and our growth and it's just good to be aware of these processes!       Oh that's right! We are having the nicest summer weather here in Finland, which is kinda exceptional nowadays.. Last year we barely had any summer! You also have a lovely weekend and we will continue these thoughts! 8)
