Does this side bending move put excessive strain on the lower back? I see so many golfers with back ailments. Looks like the rotation coupled with this bending will lead to spinal disc problems?
How in the heck do you hit a ball like that and not slam the club into the ground? Please show with golf club in front view? This is what I do as well as over the top. I do not know how to do this in golf swing. I don’t get it. Please do slow motion from front view. I don’t get it from the side view. I don’t get the rotate either.
