30 Murph CrossFit Workouts in 30 Days | RESULTS

- This was a tough one. In the end, I busted my knee, lost two of my toenails and had weird heart palpitations.. But I also learned a valuable lesson.
Murph is one of the most well-known and toughest CrossFit workouts out there. It is brutally simple:
• 1 mile run
• 100 pullups
• 200 pushups
• 300 squats
• 1 mile Run
You can also partition the pullups, pushups and squats as needed (which I didn't know, so I did all the exercises back-to-back in order for the first 5 days.. 😩)
But more importantly, it’s a Hero WOD. Hero WOD’s are made to honor the men and women that have fallen in the line of duty. This one is specifically to honor Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan on June 28th, 2005.
And even though I can’t possibly understand all the hardships these guys go through, and even though it might not mean much coming from me, I hope to honor Michael Murphy with this video.
I also wanna thank my awesome cameraman Jason for helping with this video! Maybe give him a follow on Instagram 🤗? ➡️ / kuanweiou

So, have you done a Murph? What's your best time🤗?
Well done Jonne! My best time for the Murph is 44 minutes. I did the runs outside because it was summertime. Have to try it running on a treadmill!
54 min
I have a fitness challange for you.
Do 200 burpees every day for a month.
I love all your videos btw you're incredibly motivating! Tank you! ❤️
DAMN your growth is incredible like I remember you having 1k subs XD, I bet in 1 month you'll have 100k subscribers!!! , YOU DESERVE MORE BRO!
50minutes...the real deal...no splitting, with 20lbs weight vest, strict pull ups, push ups to the ground, squats unter 90 degrees...but yeah, everytime i am doing it i start to hate myself for what i am doing to my body, but afterwards i feel so relieved
Your results for pushups and pullups increased by 30% in only a month, I'd say that's pretty impressive.
About to say the same. +30% pull-ups +35% push-ups in 30 days. That’s huge!
Nice information bro
You should do a challenge wheree you try and live as healthy as humanly possible for a month. Strength and cardio excercise, calculated diet, perfect sleep schedule, meditation, therapy, etc.
Yes
I actually want to see the results. Throw in some bike rides and a 10k every week and this could be a great challenge!
Basically all his videos proves this statement "small consistency everday leads to great achievements over time".
Something we all should learn here.
This stuck with me. Thank you. I will steal it though😊😊😊
increasing pull ups from 10 to 13 in a month is not bad at all. 3 does not seem much but consider that this is an increase of 30% within a month. If I can do 30% more reps of any exercises after a month of training I would be more than happy. Thinking one could double their pull ups in a month if he can already do 10 is quite unrealistic
@@stefHin nope increasing 10 to 13 is nothing
@@BatuhanYilmazBY it surely depends on your bodyweight and level of training - if you are very light and not really fit but can already do a couple of pull ups, maybe the increase from 10 to 13 is rather easy, although I doubt that much more is possible within a month. For me it seems that I hit a plateau where I hardly increase the number of reps, although I do pull ups regularly, sometimes with a weight vest and I also do some ik training with heavy kettlebells attached. If you say its nothing I suppose you increased your number of pull ups faster than that. How did you train?
@@stefHin train with more weight not bodyweight. doing lat pulldown 8-12 reps with heavy weight really increasing bodyweight reps
Well done! It’s a mental thing. I was really impressed to see you take on this challenge. Last summer between June 16th and August 14th I did 28 Murphs. All of them were done outside and all of them was 1 mile run, 20 rounds of 5 pullups, 10 pushups and 15 squats, 1 mile run. No body armour. Best time was 44 minutes. Most of them around 50 minutes. This was my way of coming back from cancer surgery (colorectal) six months earlier. I’m 51 yo. Bragg, bragg, bragg 😉😁 Once again, well done, champ! 👊✌️
I found your channel by accident, and I think it’s one of the best accidents I've had.

Most people show these challenges looking easy. they spring out of bed fully motivated and get it done like they ain't even human. You show the failures and hardship that goes into it. it's actually really inspiring. keep them coming!!

Awesome video. I’ve been mainly focusing on pull-ups for about 2 months now and sometimes it feels like I haven’t gotten anywhere even though I have and hearing about your progress about equates to the amount I’ve progressed so I’m glad it’s not just me
I would like to see you train for the sub 5 minute mile, that would be horrendous. Happy guy watching your videos!

I smashed that like button for the youtube algorithm...I am so happy to see your channel growing. You deserve it.
Wohoo! And thanks a lot for your continued support Kyla 🤗
I kept seeing these videos and decided I’d give it a shot, knew I could conquer the running, squats, and push ups, but those pull ups killed me. On day 4 and feel like hell, definitely a mental challenge
That's super good improvement in just a month, especially with only a few rest days, and you were sick too! Great job
It's sick to see you gain so many new subs, you really deserve it. Crazy dedication yet again!

Very impressive challenges mate.
Woah that’s incredible!!
Amazing video man! Definitely an inspirational / educational video for people to watch! I'm actually currently doing something similar for the month of February, so I'll have to see if I can take on your record later this month ;)
It's nice to see that it's not just me who has and always will struggle on pull ups. My max is 5. It's horrific form ha. Your motivational bro
great stuff dude!!
You are just great man. You are so authentic and funny. Please don't change your style if your channel continues to grow. Your challenges look a bit extreme on the first side, but at the end it's just great content. I just subscribed to the channel and I'm looking forward to more of your videos. Greetings from Germany
Thank you for your support 🤩!
Not doing the Murph in intervals just sucks. Breaking them down into 20 sets of 5 pull ups, 10 push-ups, and 15 squats makes it SOOOO much better. Keep up the hard work man!
This guy deserves more subs
Amazing content🙏
Your content is so amazing! Keep them coming 👌 and nope never tried a Murph
Thanks, I'll do my best! I encourage you to try a Murph, the feeling afterward is just amazing 😄

You are growing FAST 💨 so well deserved! 🔥❤️
🤗
You’re videos are so good!!!
🤩
I’m 12 years old and you’ve inspired me to try this challenge too
Impressionnant !!
Getting from 11 pull ups to 15 pull ups took me about 3 months (maybe more. I was only kind of keeping track)
The results are actually really good! Also if it was me I would have waited a day or two to let my body recover a bit more before testing out my new max.
Also all your videos are such good quality with the way u share your experience and knowledge. I also enjoy the editing very much
I might try this tomorrow
Good job 👍👍👍
Superb, yet overly hard on yourself in the results. Great vid, great results, great progress where you did not give up.
Hey! congratulations on being a good video editor with a palatable personality.
Hey, thanks!😎
Good video bro!
