Danke vielmals für Deine wertvolle und wie ich finde qualitativ hochwertige, inspirierende Arbeit! Mit Dir zu trainieren macht immer Spaß, sogar das Stretching, das bei mir immer zu kurz kam! Aber durch Deine ganzheitlichen, teilweise ausgefallenen und auch jedes in seiner Form herausfordernden Trainings, bin ich immer voller Vorfreude aufs nächste Video! Hab noch einen schönen Abend!🤗
