    Im using 2kg for this class. You can go heavier, lighter or just use body weight!

    It has some cardio exercises in there but chose low impact if you dont want to jump.

    Such a well designed class! I love the slow warm up in the beginning and the stretches during the workout, and of course a bunch of strengthening moves and some spicy cardio in the middle of this flow!
    Also, I wanna point out the nice stretches at the end and the kind words from you, especially about loving our bodies. This is always important for me to hear as a reminder. I am so thankful for your channel! Thank you so much! 💝💝💝

    Beauty! I saved this workout for Saturday and now that it's warmer in Canada I worked out on the deck! Staring up at the blue sky and cherry blossoms was a delight....! The music was a bit... techno! Probably just me but I wasn't as into it. Honestly, I'm probably the rare one here, but I would be fine with no music and just your cueing and voice! LOVED the slow warm up that then build into the workout. That was wonderful and the stretches at the end. My body and mind needs it to get in the game and then recentre to close off the session. Thank you Jacinta for bringing us grace, strength and confidence daily. This week's schedule of workouts was my absolute favourite so far.

    Super full body sculpt Pilates class Jacinta. I particularly enjoyed the abs and glutes exercises. It's a bank holiday in the UK 🇬🇧 so I had time to fit this into a very busy weekend. I seem to have been baking for the last 3 days 😅😅. I christened my new mat with this workout 😊🎉.

    Fantastic all body workout - loved it second time round👍 Loved the stretches at the end but I added a book opener with a one straight leg swan to finish (got a nice click in my back) great abs, shoulders & legs burn 🔥 ❤ one more to go for this week as got busy weekend!

      What a fantastic all body workout - great warm up & lovely stretches to finish😊👍 I make it harder by not lowering my head at all in the first core exercises. Have to use hands to get up from rolling of course but as you say it’s an advanced move & takes lots of strength & coordination 😊💪 week 4 completed ☑️ 😊

    I love the workout -for some reason at the end while stretching tears come out of my eyes-they say you can realise traumas through exercises I believe something move on …thank you ❤🙏

    Do you think I can get the same results with just wrist and ankle weights? I don't have weights yet but will be looking into getting some soon!!!

      Absolutely! You can use the ankle weights in the hands or on the wrists. The reps are higher with a lower weight but a great substitute
