Is there not an automatic chain tensions on sleds.. I've done primary chain tensioner on Harleys and there all self adjusting

So I have 9k miles on my sled i am replacing the rollers in my secondary while doing so I pulled the chain case apart I put a new bearing on the jack shaft but im having trouble getting the bearing out of chain case from behind top sprocket. Any advice?
