The military has football fields full of obsolete equipment and almost expired ammunition that they are sending, otherwise they would have to pay to decommission the equipment. The tax payers paid for this equipment 30 years ago. 90% of the money spent stays in the US to update their own equipment. It’s a shame someone like you has no empathy and no understanding how the money is spent.
