First we have to regularise our periods naturally thru our everyday brisk walking and exercises... next food 🥘 habits ... avoid sugar and junk foods, reduce the rice intake and replace it wit veggies also eat pineapples twice a week before 10 days of ur date ..I hav followed this and god’s grace blessed wit a baby doll 🥰Be Positive 👍🏻
