    Hello sir.. for me c section and having 2years old son now...before praganency i was 65.now became to 85kg sir. can i really reduce weight by doing this exercises. Am doing minimum exercise whenever get time. the hole weight is staying im hip amd thighs. i couldn't do few excerise from yr videos. also please assist me and tell that can we go for skipping if women did c section after one year?
