Finally a video that tells you properly 👍
Thanks
thanks man, I 3d printed the challenger (same car in your video you almost hit:p) and was spinning out of control. I just enabled the gyro (thought I had to buy another reciever, didnt know I had it) cant wait to try it out tomorrow! thanks again man
Thank you for explaining it in a way I can understand!!!!!!!!!
Thanks , I couldnt find the way to get my SVC working.... calibration... great video 😉
Sweet. Glad it works now.
Great video man, I was wondering how this works!
Doh, THAT's what going on with mine. Kinda figured that needed to be turned down. Thanks
Very big help thank you.
Fkn nice 👍 I jus ordered that radio too!!
Thanks! Big help!
It's just oscillations with the PID controller like on a drone. Cool.
I had the same issue when I first got this. I kept thinking the higher st gain the better gyro would work. I was wrong. Had to dial it down.
Thanks!!
so the gyro is in the reciever??? whats the cost of extra recievers... i have a fly sky older version i bought 10 years ago... not sure if i can just use it with a normal gyro that i can buy or not... not sure if there are any decent gyros for under $30 that work on 1/18---- to ---1/8th scale cars.... thanks
You bought this for the same reason I want it too.
Yep, the gyro works awesome.
Thanks for this video. Was wondering how to set this up. It would have been nice if the manual that comes with the FlySky or the Rx had instructions on how to do this.
Question, does the orientation of the receiver matter on how the gyro feature works? In RC planes in the past, the gyro had to be oriented to work properly.
thx..........
Hmm. Good question. Not really sure. Just make sure to calibrate it.
@@MicroModDude what do you mean calibrate it... is there a video on showing this... thax
Awesome, thinking about to buy that same receiver for my 1/10 buggy, what tires are you using on yours?
Duratrax Bandito ST 2.2 Tires Black DTXC5105

@@MicroModDude thank you so much!
with gyro at 30 % can you still make a full sharp turn??? or not?...what if car is going slow then can you make as tight of a turn with gyro on vs off???? thanks
You can increase the priority setting to still have full control when you turn.
On mines it says svc not supported I mean it used to work now it's saying that all of a sudden and my reciever is laying flat on the reciever box any ideas?
I heard someone say to rebind the receiver solve the issue
@@seraos121 all I did was re arranged my antenna wire from the inside of the receiver placed it better and seems like I got my svc back weird but it did work again not sure if that's what it was or if it was a glitch or something
Hey man I just got the remote and I need some help. Every time I turn SVC on my truck just turns to the right do you know what I need to fix to stop this? Also, as I accelerate my truck turns to the left, and ideas on what to do?
Maybe it's too set too sensitive. Also do the calibration.
@@MicroModDude okay I will do this and let you know how it goes. Thank you and Happy New Year!
@@embxssyy9936 Cool. Happy New Year too!
@@embxssyy9936 make sure you don't need to reverse it. The way to check it is you turn it on and pick up the truck and turn to the right and if the wheels turn to the right you need to reverse it. You can have it normal or reverse. It depends on what way your receiver is facing. But check that also. Normal or reverse. Make sure wheels turn opposite of truck....Oh and also the receiver needs to be sitting flat in receiver box or in truck. It can't be on the side of the box like how the 6s arrmas normally do
@@cwatson42785 I have the same problem. And even I go for reverse it still turns the same direction as the car ! 🤨 Any idea what to do ?
hows this compared to the radiolink 6 channel?
I don't know. I don't have a Radiolink.
Every time i turn the receiver on than the SVC funtion is not support? how is that possible?
You must turn on the transmitter first for it to activate.
@@MicroModDude i turn first transmitter on and says not support svc function .if i go first in this function i can set the gain control .but after that if everytime i turn on the car transmitter says not support svc function
@@johanw.1673 You using the receiver that came with the transmitter?
@@MicroModDude Yes
@@johanw.1673 Contact Flysky then. Maybe it's defective.
I want to buy one.
But I would like to know some opinions if this radio is good
It's really good.
@@MicroModDude Is it safe to use on my baja 1/5???
Thanks for your attention my friend.
@@johnmarcos1929 I personally recommend the radiolink rc4gs v2 or rc6gs v2, the gt5 and radiolink are always compared to each other and I dont know why because the Gt5 feels like it is from the 20th century compared to the radiolink. And I have bought both with my own money.
Only good thing about gt5 is portability and looks, in everything else the radiolink beats the gt5 by far, cheaper, more functions, more intuitive, far more range, it has software support and updates, very convenient knob that you can use to adjust the gyro strength on the go, better usability, better software, bigger battery compartment… and on and on and on.
I use the rc6gs v2 for my Losi 5t, my Rovan Baja and all of my nitros and electrics.
Yo can I get that washer for scrap??
Is the reciever waterproof
No.
Its just set high thats all
Turn it down a little bit of a work better
I want one of these Car Gyros, but can't find any that are not made in china... The way the current regime there handled things with recent events revealed what they were to the world. Don't want to send my money to them. Has to be something like this made anywhere else in the world?
Probably not. Most all electronics come from China.
@@MicroModDude I don't like it having just one country supply everything to the world, why is that? makes them too influential and powerful, and they are brutal communist dictatorship. this is bad. So I'm not buying anything from them if i can help it.
I know Taiwan is really good at electronics too, Asus and gigabyte make good stuff for PCs there.
We also need to get manufacturing going in Mexico instead of china, they have cheaper workers than china now, and save so much gas and stop a lot of pollution not having to ship all the way from china.
Should also clean up the whole of south america too, turn them honest. because if worlds manufacturing goes there, will create more demand for labor than mexico alone can provide, will get factories popping up in neighboring countries to provide work, so they don't have to rely on growing drugs haha!
@@GorillaZillas It's too late now. Once jobs started leaving the US in the 90's, the corporations started looking for the cheapest labor possible. China offered basically communist slave labor. The US basically made a deal with the devil. We've been in bed with them ever since.
@@MicroModDude We make friends with mexico then, ironically china labor costs more than Mexico labor now because standards of living have improved a lot in china now, but still ruled by brutal unfriendly communist tyrants, and Mexicans share a lot of our western values as they were Spanish, from Europe just like us.
I think that would work great, make honest work for Mexicans, would help tackle the corruption there.
Mutually beneficial I think, get our manufacturing out of a country that is now rapidly becoming an enemy to the US, and have made that clear with their threats, and into a friendlier one on our border, within range where we can protect our assets.
