I like the idea of a helper gyro, especially for fpv driving. Would be nice to have it integrated in an ELRS receiver.

I used a speedybee fc with my rover, got rid of it eventually as i really dont need all that good stuff for just driving. Great video, as always. Thank you, Lee! Have a great day! Happy flying!

Really interesting indeed! Thanks, Lee! 😃
Some cars come with a gyro, but most of them aren't really good... So it's great to know something like that exists!
Anyway, stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊

Nice video Lee; it was interesting to see the slightly different configuration procedure for the GC-401 (when compared to the GC-301 that I have in my WLToys 104016).

been watching you for years regarding quads, but I can tell you something about cars. get a good kit one. 1/8th scale Buggy or Truggy would suit you I think. If you are on a budget look into a brand called 'Intech' they are competitive but much stronger than most other buggies but much cheaper too than say Kyosho, Mugen, Losi etc but right up with them in terms of quality.

I am not a real care guy but would it not be helpful if the gain was on a curve so that high speed would be low gain and low speed would be high gain? Great video Lee.

Thanks! I did not even know that gyros exist as seperate components. Are there also gyros where you can select L/H/S mode via radio switch?

That's nifty! I could do with something similar for my bicycle.
I'm based in West Yorkshire (where the 'Anti-bike' 👹Jeremy Clarkson comes from); to avoid homicidal car-drivers I spend a lot of time riding in the gutter, very close to the kerb. Making tiny steering corrections is tricky at any speed, and 'getting a wobble on' can be disastrous.
(Excess wobble? Perhaps I need a more supportive girlie undergarment🤭.)

sounds like you'd benefit from a bikeability course! 🙂

Riding tight in against the kerb is the worst place to be. Get out into the middle of the lane, away from all the pot-holes, sunken grids, and rubbish. Force the cars to go round you or give way, without contravening the road traffic act! Make yourself very visible, with reflective clothes, bright colours, etc. Watch Ashley Neal on the 'tube - he does cycling safety stuff as well as driving.
