Really enjoyed your video. Thank you for being calm and gentle with your cross stitch talk. I am not saying you were not enthusiastic about your beloved craft, that comes through. But it's nice to find another flosstuber I can turn on and not get yelling and larger than life performances. I love the new purple thread color. Popsicle is a perfect name. And I have totally bought the same designs before. Once I purchasred the same chart from the same shop 4 years apart (they dated their price tags), lol. I have an app now, on my phone, with all my charts/kits listed by designer. Fyi, hexagons are six sided. That's why they often call the pieces they work on hexies. I have the supplies but have not tried it yet.

Plan for 2-3 hours at least… there is so much to see! I think I spent at least an hour walking around and looking at all the model stitch pieces covering all the walls, they are gorgeous!
Hello. Pretty color choices on your Fruits of Plenty. My sister bought a quilting book the other day then found the exact book in her stash. LOL. Duplicate purchases happen. Oh well. It’s just reinforces you like that cabin design. It is a beautiful design. Take care.
Yes I think it does happen from time to time, although I think I just need to stop making purchases for awhile until I get more organized! 😂. Happy stitching!

@@NeedleberryStitcher Gardenside sampler and tree. I especially like the colors on the blue tree. I was in a live video with Liz and it was at 5.pm. People were coming on and saying good morning. So I said good morning. She noticed and said I must live really far away. I was too embarrassed to tell her I was tired and just lived in Kansas. Somebody I watched recently was doing some of her 12 days. Have a good week.

Can’t wait to see more progress on Beauty and the Beast - it’s looking so good! Can you tell me what fabric that was you used for Luda? It’s beautiful. Sounds like you had a great time at the stitch in and got some fun new things. I keep thinking that I need to branch out and try some new designers when I see all the patterns other people pick up. Yes, the purples are turning out to be some of the prettiest colors I’ve ever stitched with!! I’m glad you like them ☺️. The fabric I’m stitching Luda on is 28 ct Rogue Lugana in the color Pistachio. It was a random find from last year at Needlework Galleria when Inspired Needle was there. Green is my favorite color, especially that color of green. I know what you mean about branching out to new designers and styles… but at the end of the day it’s always best to stitch what we love! It is a Just Nan design called “Snow Business”. I love snowmen too!! ☺️💕
I always love your videos and project selections! I have a question. On fruits of plenty are you using one strand of sulky with the two strands of color and cotton. I was wondering how that would look together. I couldn’t tell from the video. I know sulky is equal in width to two fabric threads. Just wondering. Keep making these enjoyable videos!
Yes I am using one strand of 12 weight silky and two strands of Colour & Cotton. I’m not noticing any big difference in the way it looks, especially on 36 ct. I’ll try to remember to show it up close in my next video 💕

I always enjoy your videos. The patterns of the seasonal houses are adorable. I"m curious about the scroll rods you use, I want to start using them, but I'm not sure which ones I should use Are you happy with yours? Let me know what they are. Thank you
I’ve liked the ones I’ve been using, they are called Handi Clamp, but I actually have some new scroll rods on order, they are the Rolaframes. I’ve heard good things about them - once I get them and try them out I’ll review them in an upcoming video. 🙂 I like the Handi Clamps but the plastic clamps leave an indentation in the fabric. I also want side bars with the Rolaframes that extend longer so I can bead my Mirabilias as I go without worrying about crushing the beads. ☺️💕
@@NeedleberryStitcher I bought tne edmund scrolls from amazon, but the largest one isn't big enough. How long of a wait are you having with the Rolaframes? I use the lowery stand and ordered the attachment for scroll frames. I hope that works out. Thank you for replying to my comment.
I use a Lowery stand also with the scroll frame extension, I love my Lowery! I’ll be picking up the Rolaframes I ordered at the Queen City stitch retreat in October. However, I learned from Angela at Colour & Cotton Needleworks that she ordered some for her store that should be arriving in the next few weeks so I’m hoping to get one sooner than October. 🙂
