Today's workout focuses on low impact steady state cardio that targets the waist, thighs and abs. This is a moderate pace Standing Cardio Core Workout that will help tighten and tone your midsection all while burning calories. I want you to really focus on feeling the movements in your core! We have 16 moves using 3lb weights with 40 seconds of effort and 5 seconds to transition. We than put on ankle weights (optional) for another 16 moves. By using the weights it will help you level up the workout and add a little toning to the arms, legs and core. I wouldn't go any heavier than 3lbs as it can result in overuse injury in the shoulders. Add bonus...we are moving to the beat of the music!! Stay for the Pilates Floorwork to make the workout feel complete. This is a knee friendly workout. Let's go!

I also loved this workout. ❤ I don’t have ankle weights but still feel I got a good workout. The hardest exercise- the small circles while lying on your stomach. For some reason, I was out of breath 😂

Standing core is a new thing for me, I love it! I tend to use my back and hip flexors when I do core on the floor so this is very helpful. Thanks again Michelle😁
