- Sculpt and strengthen your biceps, triceps and core with today's Arms & Abs Workout. . All you need is a soft surface and variety of dumbbells (I'm using 8lb up to 15lbs) to do this workout. Some of the exercises may be a bit too difficult, so feel free to modify. To build arm and core strength over time, this is great to do 2X a week or as a finisher to one of your own workouts. So grab your weights and let's get ready to feel the burn! 🔥
