    Great workout - perfect length to tag onto a rebounding video! Just need to find similar hand weights in the UK as I found working with dumbbells tricky !

    Hi Michelle, and team D!! i’m a little late to the party I just realized the video was three months ago but it was amazing, so energizing, so core conscience, I loved it as far as the bugs, I live in Florida, so the bugs are like truck drivers around here😁a little peppermint oil, maybe on your shoes or a dot on your shoulders , a small dot on your wrists works wonders for the bugs, thank you again have a beautiful day💪🏼🤾🏼‍♀️🥰🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🤾🏼‍♀️💞💞💞💞🤾🏼‍♀️🔥🔥🔥🙏🏼❤️

    that's a keeper - I think I could do that one a few times a week for a quick 20 min. Ab / leg burner! loved it. 7:00 am class here in NY, had to figure out the time difference Glad it was not 6:00 am for me! lol Thanks for another great workout! PS - get some bug spray.

    Oh I need ankle weight recommendations! Mine cut into my skin and are so stiff they don't wrap well. All the Amazon reviews for others are not great either.

      We are actually getting new ones soon so look for that review. I use mine from years ago that are adjustable.

    Loved this workout! I added it to a cardio workout.
    Question about the lace up weight. I tried the weights attached to the back of the hand ( hope that makes sense- recommended for kick box workouts) but it hurt my nondominate wrist. Are the lace ups better?

      They are soft and bendable. We have had no issues with them bother our wrists. The only place they didn't feel the best was the ankles, only because they loosen up a little and move around. But on the wrist we have had zero pain.

      You can use two pound weights. I don’t have lace weights, that is what I use.
