      Love your workouts but lately they are only 30 minutes…. Love when you have longer ones ,30 minutes is not enough

    I loved the format on this one. It was arm focused but I felt it worked my entire body.

    I see strength gain in nearly every movement and totally attribute it to our hard work the last 4 weeks. Woo hoo!

    This is superb. I love the no repeat workouts. Such a good variety and you never dread the next round because there isn’t one! A perfect mix of cardio and strength. It’s like having my own PT but joining in with all your lovely girls. A huge thank you from me for all the amazing free content you provide Michelle. There’s something for everyone 😊

    this was a great workout! I would also love to see a variation where the cardio is only 30 seconds, and there is about 10 seconds set up time between the two upper body exercises 😀

    this one definitely got my attention and woke up every muscle even though it was upper body focused! i’m a sweaty mess! 383 active calories burned and 462 total
    calories burned and counting!

    I’d have to agree with @livetobelight95 you are the best instructor, this was a brilliant workout, I can’t do the jumping to much as it’s not great for my back,
    So do the alternative that you advise, you and your Team are awesome. I’m going to go back next month and do your January 4 week challenge, and up my weights 💪
