- Today's workout focuses on steady-state cardio that targets the waist and abs. This moderate-paced standing cardio session will help tighten and tone your midsection while burning calories. Concentrate on engaging your core with every movement! We'll do 20 moves, each for 35 seconds with a 5-second transition. Optional 1lb wrist weights can enhance the workout and add some arm toning, but avoid going heavier than 2lb to prevent shoulder overuse injuries. As an added bonus, we’re moving to the beat of the music! Find some space and let's go!

Definitely one of the BEST standing workouts. I enjoyed it, it was intense. My aim is to do one floor exercise per week because i am addicted to rebounding. And a good addiction😂😂

I took a huge fall last week landing on my tailbone! Let's just say that I absolutely HATE being so immobile as I usually enjoy rebounding more. This was exactly what I needed to get my body moving. I did do smaller, alternate moves and I still busted out a sweat! Thank you for your great workouts! 🦾

great workout as usual. Loved how you matched the % bar to your top! Any suggestions for making the laceups tighter? They slip and slide unless I hold on to them. Will google it again to see what I'm doing wrong
