😢O😢I
Absolutely adding veggies first, dressing carbs and vinegar. ❤
I’ve already started eating my veggies first. Such an easy one. I will absolutely be passing so much of this info on to my mom as she is prediabetic at the moment with a glucose monitor!!
Boiled eggs
Meat
Chicken
Salad
Use yogurt instead of cheese
Mr jay what do you use to control glucose?
Takeaways:
1. Start ur day with savoury breakfast ( never with any kind of sweet not even fruits)
2. Ear ur lunch & dinner in order of fibre protein fat carb dessert (if any)
3. Never eat ur carbs naked
4. Sugar cook your body from inside so avoid it almost
5. Before ur meal ( containg carb) drink vinegar in diluted form
6. Post eating always move your muscles ( even light excercises will do ) for atleast 10 mins
7. Lack of sleep puts extra exaggeration in body demanding for carbs and excess carbs lead to poor sleep. Do not fall in the vicious circle, avoid sugar particularly when u are out of sleep.
8. Avoid all forms of processed food even breakfast cereals
9. Whenever eating something for snacks like pastries or ice cream or chips or cookies to satisfy taste buds etc ( occasionally) always eat first some protein/fibre/fat/dahi/almond etc
10. Eating fruits after meals get fermented in body is an urban myth. Don't go by it. Infact it saves you from unhealthy dessert post meals. Feel free to eat whole fruits as dessert post meals.
Thanks J&J for amazing & informative podcast. Would be waiting for part 2.
❤
Nice. Thank you!
Thank you so so much to sum up this podcast❤
What about morning drinks like coffee, matcha or teas? No sugar or agave
Agave is still just sugar
I'm 31 and literally everyone at work thinks I'm 24. I started reducing sugar 10 years ago and it really does make a difference.
I’m 35, people think I’m 26😂, I started reducing sugar almost 4years
I'm 50 and people think I'm 25. I've increased my sugar intake 25 years ago. Eating more sugar really helps your body.
@thrall120 How do you see a food If It has sugar in it? what is your base line to decide? thank you
Im 99 and look like only 95 😂😂😂😂😂😂 what a kook
I'm 41 and look 40. I have sugar in my tea and it helps my brain😂
I love how passionate she is about the work she does. You can tell she lives by the values she teaches us and feels good inside her body.
She does most of the time. She sometimes eats chocolate or anything she wants bc shes saying keep it simple
As a 25 year old I’m making the changes now🙌🏾

🙌🙌🙌
Im 40 and I’m shocked! I start my big change right now
I watched this video on Tuesday or Wednesday. I started implementing the hacks- savoury bf, apple cider in my salad before lunch, food order, no more oat milk cappuccinos, greek yoghurt before any sweets... and today, by Sunday, I haven't had a crazy sugar craving or drop in my energy (the contrary). I'm mindblown, and I'm obsessed with the Glucose Goddess. She should give talks at schools. I'm implementing these with my toddler (savoury breakfast and cutting down on sugars) to hopefully build good eating habits from the beginning. Thank you Jessie❤
Same here. She’s a genius
Addiction is a serious problem for alot of people who turn to food for comfort and boredom. Thank you for this video.

Recapped using Tammy AI 😂Btw, Thank you ❤

Thank you!!!!
Around the age of 50 my father was told he had high blood sugar levels and had diabetes. He discovered that refined sugar and carbs were making him feel bad. He eliminated them and lived to be 100 with a good quality of life.
For over four months, I've cut out all sugars and carbs, and I'm feeling so much better. I've lost 10kg.
What are you eating ?
@@ononentertainment4749 I eat all kinds of vegetables, nuts, and proteins such as meat, fish, and chicken. For my bread, I use red lentils. Additionally, I walk 10,000 steps every day. I eat once a day with a 22-hour intermittent fasting window and a 2-hour eating window. As a result, I've lost 10 kilograms and 8 sizes, and my skin has improved significantly. I have more energy and focus. This is my experience; it could be different for everyone.
@@ononentertainment4749Iwhat are you eating
Epic progress, keep it up! Any fruits or strictly keto? My favorite hack is intermittent fasting for even faster results 🔥
Liar 😂
I was addicted to sugar for one year. I got tooth problems, gained 10 kilos, was sweaty and chronicly fatiqued. I have stopped for two/three months now, lost 9 kilos and feel much better😮. People do not know the danger of sugar.
1.Sugar makes aging process faster, causes inflammation
2. Order of eating is matters. Eat vegetables first. Don't start with starch. Eat sugar at last
3. Have a savory breakfast. Dnt do extreme diet.
4. Dont have fruit smoothies first thing in morning. Eat fruits rather than processed fruits
5. White malbury leaves, lemon extract, cinnamon, anti oxidants from green vegetables. Take together in pill. Eat b4 meal. Reduce glucose by 40%.
6. Symptoms are messages. For ex acne
You're a blessing ❤️
Thank you, love this 😁. If you ever add time stamps it would be even more amazing!
I can not express how much Jessie helped me in my life routine , her book is super amazing and watching her everytime makes me fall in love with her more and more.
Not to mention also my love and Respect for Jay .

❤❤❤
Me too👊🏽💪🏾🙏
She is smart, beautiful and her style is another level 🙌🙌🙌
she is french, style style style! and look at her skin!
She is just a normal French woman 😉
WHO is this French woman??? I didn’t hear any introduction.
Oh my gosh, I knowww! 😀
I am so thankful that my Polish Dad and Korean Mom taught me, in the 1970's, about real foods, nutrients, refined sugars, etc. and how it all affects the body and mind. It was at a common sense level back then, and now in modern day, science backs up that common sense knowledge. ❤
Keeping the body moving is beneficial for soooooo many reasons. 😊
What foods are selected is very important as well. 😊
Old school principles work so well for my body, heart, soul, and mind. Timeless and Priceless. ❤
Wow, you are such a beautiful combination.. Koran-Polish 😊 I am Polish myself.. I wonder if you speak polish :)
I had this beautiful friend half English half Thai.. Kind regards
Her Aura is Glowing...!!
There is something very positive and unusual about her personality...!!
Beautiful foreign accent
she actually came to this sugar study after she fall off into a water from a cliff. She was severely ill and gone through surgery to recover. Finally she had depression and mental distress, then finally came to find out that sugar was the main food that triggered her illness. Then started to seriously study suagr. My point is most happiness and positive vibes are actually born out deep sorrow and struggle in life.
@BegoMekerTube2127 indexed, sorrow always changes people...°°
@BegoMekerTube2127 Good to hear her background story...!!
It’s called make up😂
I love the way she explains the details in a way that we can understand. Great interview!
she gives no details
@kg0148 I agree, and I’m the type of person that can understand complex things it was cool to get info while my brain relaxed for a change.
I’m 21 and I’ve got type 1 diabetes , this helped big time ! I can’t thank you enough for this ❤️
When I was pregnant with my last child (He's 9 months old now), they told me I had gestational diabetes and I was supposed to have very little fruit.
BUT, I decided to eat 2 to 5 pounds of fruit DAILY. My blood sugar was exactly where it needed to be, I lost a few pounds, and I had energy... unlike when you eat cake and breads.
The Glucose and Glycation conversation was astonishing! Mind-blowing! I am still in awe. A healthy body and a healthy mind require a lot of knowledge. Watch out with fruits :) and I love Jay that you brought the 3pm SWEET TIME. What an amazing Episode!
Thank you for watching!
👊🏽💪🏾Yes!
Imagine being in a heated argument with someone and you tell them “you need to check your glucose levels” 😂
I started controlling my sugar & carbs intake around 2 years ago and since then I've lost 25 kgs, clear skin, and I've received multiple compliments on how I look 28-32 yo when infact I'm 41. I have finally lost my food cravings not only sugar. I control when I want to eat.
I can feel her passion through then screen! What a brilliant conversation!!
🙌🙌🙌
I love how passionate and cheerful she is sharing this information. Making me less intimidated.
I love how incredibly personal this and many other conversations are on this podcast while being relevant to a wide audience! Also love how many times she says Jay’s name!
❤❤❤
touch grass
Absolute truth! I would be a case study. I was taught all about counting calories as a teen because my Mom was on different versions of Weight Watchers her entire life. If only she would have known that with her low thyroid; with natural hormone & glucose balancing, she would have learned the tools to know body bliss. After significant trauma both physically & emotionally, my body started shutting down, was so out of balance, I got brain fog & severe depression. I started studying neuroplasticity and that's how I started following Jay, Andrew Huberman & The Diary of a CEO to hear all the amazing guests like Jessie. Love this! Will share the content with everyone that will listen.
Iove Jessie!!!
I love listening to her. She is so genuine and fun when explaining anything. Great conversation!
Best podcast I have heard in a long time! Thank you so much for putting this out.
One of the best podcast I recently watched.. recommend to watch full
Thank you, Jessie. Every time I listen to you I feel hopeful
She is talking with sooo much passion that it keeps me hooked at all times. It's really amazing to listen to this podcast. Great job!!
I was in bookstore with This book flipped pages& loved & implemented the hacks since week... thanks for sharing with the world the Wisdom which will save lives & indeed a Revolution.
Absolutely brilliant! Best podcast ever on health!
You are Right about that…… it needs to be taught in all schools . !!!!!!! Period!!!
Ty
They will never. They don’t need healthy Americans. Processed foods and Sickness is a BIG business
This video came right on time because I have been struggling with sugar intakes and have been trying to cut it out little at a time. Thank you Jay, what a wonderful guest on this episode! 🙏🏽
Amaizng video! I also had a back injury and didn’t know at the time that all the processed food was making my healing process difficult, slower and I was also very depressed. I found a few CZcamsrs who recommend same techniques as her and I healed my back. Cut out the processed foods, chips, sodas and eat Whole Foods and protein with each meal and watch how amazing your body feels and heals♥️ I absolutely loved this show!
This is a life saving conversation. Thank you and God bless you all🙏❤
I love this episode, especially Jessie has been brilliant throughout. Lots of valuable info with picture clear explanations. Great job both of you ❤️
What a fantastic podcast! Very informative and useful. Didn’t think I would sit through the entire 1 hour+. But I just couldn’t leave it. Jessy is a great speaker. Thank you Jay for bringing her into your podcasts. One that of the best so far!
I love her work! Life-changing!!
Love this episode! She’s a great teacher. Just ordered the book! Can’t wait to start reading it. ❤
Wow This is one of the best interviews ever. Very valuable and so much precious information I wasnt aware of despite having pretty broad theoretical knowledge on nutrition but also as a person who's always been struggling with obesity. Now I understand it more and feel even more motivated to keep insulin and glucose problems at bay. Thank you!
The BEST information ever! Thank you, and bless you for this type of content. Valuable & attainable. Much appreciated 🙏🏾
This video has given me loads of knowledge jay ...I am so happy to see this video and u both have had pretty nice conversation

My favorite podcast so far. I love this channel!
Thank you Jay for all of your videos. They are all very informal and helpful. Also, I love your guest selections. Keep up the great work.
Thanks so much Jay for this fab interview with Jessie, I love her energy and enthusiasm for how we can have better health. Really valuable, straight away our family has pledged to swap to savoury breakfasts and start meals with veg. Also keeping sweet treats to after meals. It all makes so much sense thanks to her super ability to convey a message without jargon, but with scientific acumen. 👌🏻
I needed this! I’m working with my doctor to lower my carb/ sugar intake and this def helped me have a better understanding!
This was amazing. Huge thank you to you both, Jessie and Jay❤ Appreciate all of the much needed info❤

Wow, this is so enlightening! And I love that she's not stopping you from eating sugar but just teaching us to shift the way we eat.
Absolutely fascinating & needed 🙏🙏🙏 so grateful for you both!
This was such a great interview and I really loved the hacks. I just got the audiobook!
Thanks for such a great information ❤
It happens that I took a few days of work because of my chronic fatigue, pain and lack of sleep. I started using a glucose monitor and I had notice the most insane spikes. Those spikes relate to what I eat, how I sleep and so much more ! I on my way to start this journey to improve my health and watching you guys is a confirmation that I’m on the right path !!! Thanks so much !
Amazing podcast. So so informative. Especially the smoothie. In the morning. Eye opener. Thank you

Well said ,and a positive comment when there are so many bitter comments here .I particularly agree about her suggestion at the end , that the subject should be taught in schools!
wow, this is a masterclass! thank you for this ❤
It’s a real ‘revelation’, n’est pas?!😅
My favourite speaker Jay genius l love his speech very much.
hey,
thank you for this podcast Jay,
took away a lot from here
I am not only gonna follow the hacks she gave
but also gonna track my food habits and how a certain kind of food affects my mood, clarity in thoughts and my overall body
I dropped all added sugar foods, and don't touch heavily naturally sugar foods. Feels awesome, I don't have any cravings, a small bowl of food is enough to satiate me for longer hours.
This interview is very empowering. love this, thank you for sharing.
God bless you Jessie & Thank you & Jay too for doing this podcast. I'm proud of you Jay. I watch most of ur stuff.
This blew my mind. So many amazing points that I didn’t even realize but after hearing Jessie, everything makes so much sense. Loved the video!! Thank you Jessie for coming on!
Honestly, this video is one of the most informative ones I have ever watched. I have a sweet tooth and I'm getting more addictive over time. Worse than that I've experienced all the bad health statuses that she's mentioned having no idea what those symptoms come from. Thanks a lot. I really love this video and gonna make positive changes
I have been following her for a year. I’m so happy you covered her ❤
WHO is she? No one has said her name, including Getty.
Also drink a tall glass of water before each meal. It helps you feel more satiated and prevents over eating. In our vedas, they say pani khane se pehle amrit hai, khane samaye Anand hai, khane ke turant baad zahar hai, khane ke ghanto baad bal hai. I agree with Jay about the food tasting better in India, since they are not highly processed. In the U S A, I felt if I was blind, I would not know what veggie I was eating since the flavor and aroma are missing.
My neighbor gave me a cucumber he grew over the summer in his garden. It gave me so much joy when I realized it tasted and smelled like the cucumbers I was used to, the ones that grew back home in our garden. I have since started growing tomatoes, chilies and cucumbers during the summer here. The flavor profile and aromas are so much better.
It must be half hour before or you will dilute stomach juices which leads to malabsorption and malnutrition🙏❗It is a great thing to do since dehydration can lead to hunger.
Vedas also point digestion as a fire - a whole glass of water can fully take that fire down. After that glass we need to wait at least half an hour to make that fire burn back. Or you can take warm water while eating but half a glass . That way you can fill up the stomach and help digestion. Water should be 1/3. Food 1/3. And air 1/3. For good digestion.
But dilutes nutrients
An incredible episode, loved all the hacks. So easy to implement NOW. Thank you
So happy to watch this, I had no idea the impact of spikes. Definitely sharing this video and reducing my sugar intake asap. Ty, ty, ty.
Thank you😊 .I really needed it ..
Jay, I just want to say thank you so much. This information is so helpful. I have hope, and I'm going to use all these hacks now. God bless you and Jessie.
Jesse WHO? I don’t know who she is.
thank you for this podcast. I have got lots of answers about what I have been looking for a long time
Came across this as a podcast first but came in to watch here.
This came in at such a right time as I’m struggling with weight lose and hormonal all issues and this is sooo sooo informative and had definitely helped in looking into what I eat and when.
I never gave a thought about Glucose level which might be triggering so many of my health issues.
I’m now gonna make these small changes into my daily food and hopefully see changes in my overall health !
Thank you Jay and team for bringing this very informative interview helping many to look into how we see our health!
She is something else :,) ❤️
I've been captivated by Jesse’s incredible work, but unfortunately, accessing her content in the Philippines isn't as easy. Her insightful tips and hacks for achieving a healthier lifestyle have truly resonated with me. I admire her dedication and expertise in promoting wellness, and I'm eager to learn more from her, despite the challenges of availability in my region.
I find this video the most useful one. There are lots of take aways and I am sure this is going to change my life from tomorrow onwards..I have been struggling to work on my diet and cut down on my curbs and sweet cravings for a long time but was not sure from where to start and with what to start. Now I am very precise about how to start my day, what to eat,how to balance my heart, body and mind and how to plan my day..Thanks to you Jay for bringing such nice podcast about something which is going to be a lifetime treasure for all of us.
Amazing ❤❤❤ God bless both ❤
Amazing jay bringing in incredible people each week❤
Thank you!!!

Amazing!!!
Me too! Sent to everyone that’s interested!
Thank you Jessie and Jay🙏❤️
i love the info and how easy jessie makes it to understand. also the passion with which she explains things is motivational itself
This conversation was a life changer for me. I've been experiencing a lot of unexplained joint inflammation, so I'll be changing the way I eat my meals to see if that helps. Thanks for posting such quality content! ❤
❤❤❤
Also try going to your primary care doctor and get tested for RA rheumatoid factor. A lot of healthy people have it. Some people also test positive for rheumatoid arthritis. This causes inflammation in your joints.
It’s probably not this, but it would be a good idea to check
It took me two weeks to get rid of the post-meal slump. Thanks for another fab interview :-)
I have read the book but I found out much more from this conversation, surely added value, thank you very much to both of you!
This is great information and knowledge! thank you
This has to be one of the most informational and useful videos Jay has posted in a long time. The others are great, don't get me wrong, but this one HIT
AGREED!
This conversation was straightforward and full of doable hacks. ❤
@@annjohnson8437 DOABLE hacks for sure - My life isn't going to be turned upside down in 1 day which means this is more likely to be a permanent diet change in my life. I ate a breakfast with protein instead of pancakes and I ate my veggies first at lunch. I don't feel like I have this crazy amount of energy yet, but I for sure didn't crash as hard. I'm pre diabetic so that was a HUGE and EASY win
Thank you Mr Shetty for informative beneficial video. I follow you from Uzbekistan
He is a FRAUD. Look it up! He steals from other thinkers
Amazing! Thank YOU!
This was a masterclass! Also her voice is soo beautiful.
I felt so inspired by this video! Thank you 🙏🏾
I agree 100%.. I tell parents. If you want that hyperness mood swings from a child to go or to just mellow out.Remove the sugar supplements first of all carbs as well.. Get them at a very young age.. After all , parents are in control what their child eats
You guys, I feel so hyped. I am at the beginning of implementing GLUCOSE HACKS… It´s 11:58 am. I am on maternal leave at home with my son. Now it is the time I would usually have lunch. Well, I would sometimes have lunch at 11:00 am, because I would be fricking hungry already… So as I said… It´s 11:58… Im still not hungry… And I am speed Cleaning my apartment… Normally I would try to have a nap as soon as my son would asleep for his nap. He is sleeping… and I dont need it. Well, it’s still soon to tell if I will have much satisfying life from now on thanks to this awesome french scientist, but I feel hope. And joy. And I dont feel hungry :-)) Thank you for your work and for your podcast! ❤🎉
