All of your videos I have watched have the same info like taking white vinegar n eating food in vege protein fat carb order or eat sugars with high fat ...... I love it's new information but as feedback I feel I just heard the same things over n over again. It's not new content n videos are long

@@anarkali_217 ... today's show is the essence of Jessie's scientific work and from 'eating in the right order' next to always drinking 'Apple Vinegar' first depends the whole success for each individual.
I don't think that can be said often enough.
Just take a look at some of the questions that are asked: They are constantly repeated and it's only logical that Jessie has to repeat 'this essence of her science' ... right?
Thanks for referencing the papers, gives a lot of trust
Should you finished all the fiber before moving to the protein? Or you can do like portioned order, then eat the combination of the meal?
Food order:
Water + Vinegar (30 minutes, before)
1. veggies (fiber) saurcraut?
2. Protein + fat
3. Carb (rice & fruit )-
It is Sauerkraut
Fruit should be eaten separately.
If there's an order then it should be more like ;
1-Fats
2-Proteins
3-Veggies
4-Carbs
And to eat fruit you should wait at least 2 hours (for me 3 hours)
@@AysenBayrWhy and where can I find more info on this order ?Thankyou 🙂
@@Angie-fe8yd She wrote a book about it.
What I like about this order of eating is that by the time I’m done with veggies and proteins, I already feel full and don’t even feel like eating the carbs.
Exactly and there you have it. Keto diet or just kut the veg as well and go carnivore. Many people do really well as carnivores.
good job except if you try it you will find plenty place for these always... there is always space for another chocolate there haha
@@AlfDaggthat’s the thing. I don’t want a “hack”. If we have to eat things in a specific order something is not right. Out there in nature we were not trying to find out in which order we are supposed to eat the components of our meals. So carnivore it is!
@annettefromhage2554 out there in nature, we were using tons of energy to survive so that glucose spike wasn't an issue. If it's working for you, great. Most people enjoy lots of variety in their diet and don't want only meat.
@@AlfDagg Ah, yes. The fast track to weight loss, metabolic balance…and colon cancer.
This. Actually. Works.
It’s astonishing for me, someone who is always hungry, like ridiculously hungry right even after eating a whole meal. I fail at every diet because I’m always hungry for no damn reason. This is a game changer.
I learned from Dr. Liu's CZcams channel, she is an infectious diseases Dr in Southern California, channel is Healthy Immune Doc (I think) that salt/sodium increases our hunger cravings. I cut this out, and reduced my food cravings.

Outstanding! As a professional chef, no conspiracy... This is exactly why bread is first, free or unlimited! Restaurants don't always know why they do it. They thru time, learned people will eat more, and more likely order dessert. Over the last 50 yrs, salads were served first. People were healthier. Even today's weddings, banquets and get togethers. Salads are tecniqually served first... Nope! At the very beginning of the food line or table setting? Warm crusty bread or breadsticks served with butter. People will choose this almost guaranteed over salad. Ghrelin app is already there. Awesome educational video. I know you already know the information I shared. Very Nice Glucose Revolution!
Bread is starch though, veg should be eaten first.
@JoJo-xz6fw ... thats what he is saying.
@@freyatilly There was too much for me to read 😂
I appreciate your Share 🎉
App is short for Appetizer. Ghrelin is the hunger hormone so after bread sticks the appetizer? Our sugar spikes and the hormone kicks in and says to our bodies more and more!@@jeannefietek1721
You single-handedly could save the healthcare US system by reducing the diabetes epidemic raging in this country. This should be taught in school.
🤣
you mean our 'English' education system? the same system that suppressed this knowledge and wisdom born in India thousands of years ago? I think you have a point here
Appreciate the kind words! Definitely, more awareness is needed! 🌟

I am a 31 year old female who recently got diagnosed with fatty liver (found out on march 6 this year
) with a history of PCOS. I literally practiced whatever she's saying in this video right since the next day after finding out and also combined it with intermittent fasting (12:12) and stayed out of processed food, sugary stuffs and take outs (i ate only home cooked food). For exercise, i did alternate days of weight training at home with dumbells and kettlebell. Today is 20th day. This is what i got in return:
1. Cravings reduced drastically. Of course you must not starve yourself completely and eat more of nutritious stuffs. I was not longer constantly hungry.
2. My energy improved a lot and my back pain reduced.
3. I lost freaking 3 kgs in 20 days. No fad diets, no supplements.
Drink lots of water btw! Whenever feel like snacking drink water, or sip on herbal teas.
I used to struggle with weight loss since a year. Only when i made drastic changes to diet, i am seeing results.

Your work has revolutionized my health and diet. I am in my 70's and have diabetes. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Congratulation 👏... the same with me (I'm getting 66 this year)
Do you use a CGM, I found that if I eat the carbs the next day my average levels are higher. The method defiantly stops spikes but seems to spread the the lowered highs, if that make sense.
@@Piccyman1 Is your question for me?! > I don't use a CGM, because I never had diabetes ...

Cgm is such a great tool….not just for diabetics. Athletes use it!😊
I was diagnosed with type two diabetes October 2023 a few weeks ago. I ate fish and chips with no salad before hand, my sugar spiked to 12.7 within 30 minutes.
Last weekend, I went to the same fish and chip shop ordered the same meal but before I ate it, I had a garden salad, only a small one. It took over an hour for my level to reach 8.4.
Thank you so much I use your hacks every day now I loved your book
may i know, how long does it takes 'the before', before you eating the main meal?
@@hajartohar9077 I think it was around 20 minutes, the fish and chip shop was in another town 45 minutes away. They don’t sell salads.
I made it at home and ate it in the car on the way.

Very good information, cabbage salad, easy easy! I prepare two servings of cabbage salad when having lunch, save one for dinner! Cabbage is the base then I add whatever greens I have in the fridge to it, add the dressing when serving! I buy one cabbage, shred every day, it last me five to six days. To make it your main course meal, just add two or three boiled eggs, or two scoops of egg salad, , Mackerel salad( prepared like tuna salad) or some protein.😋😋I lost over 25 pounds when I started my low carb diet, just having cabbage every day!that was 5 years ago!😋😂🏃🏽♂️🏃🏽♂️🏃🏽♂️☀️☀️☀️
Good choice! Cabbage has also strong anti-cancer properties:)
This is an awesome tip! Thank you. ❤
Great tip thanks!
That's a great routine, but do not do this if you have low thyroid or Hashimoto's disease; goitrogens (cabbage broccoli cauliflower kale, etc) need to be eaten only once in awhile, and always cooked, not raw, except for naturally fermented sauerkraut, etc. Just a warning for that specific crowd.
Oh! I thiught it was just kale i had to avoid! I love broccoli and cauliflower. 😢@@carlaeskelsen

Currently on 2mg ozempic. So far no weight loss and still get glucose spikes. I am excited to try your hacks. Thank you Jesse!
Hi from California. Dr. Liu's CZcams channel "Healthy Immune Doc" (she's an Infectious Diseases Dr in Southern California) also recommends to reduce our salt/sodium intake. It can make our bodies crave to eat more food, even when we are full and don't need it.
Use intermittent fasting in conjunction with this hack. You will see a huge change in your body composition which can lead to less medication, feeling better and improved overall health ❤️
😮 You need to stop eating fried food, seed oils help to increase diabetes.
So are you eating an almost carnivore diet? You will will have high blood sugar it may not be bad for you.
You’ve truly helped me understand how this works, despite my skepticism. I understand how a veggie starter is gonna be a game changer. Thank you!
Cannot thank you enough Jessie . Getting so many spikes so need to put all these hacks into my routine - I’m a T 1 diabetic
It makes sense because a lot of vegetables have fiber. Eating the fiber first will slow down the glucose absorption.
Thank you for sharing this amazing study.
Plus the vinegar is a key element. The italians always serve a vinegret sallad before pizza and pasta "making the pizza and pasta healthier"
From my own life, I can affirm that this statement holds absolute truth and has had a positive impact on me. I inherited this practice without questioning its origins. In our culture, we traditionally begin meals with a salad, often attributing it to stimulating our appetite. However, I recently discovered that this practice has medical significance beyond mere cultural tradition.
This newfound awareness has made me more attentive to the order in which I consume my meals. A heartfelt shout-out to you for sharing this valuable insight-keep up the good work! 👏🥗
This makes so many counterintuitive thoughts in the context of old school cook book order of foods and mixing. Also, you look so cool, attitude, how you present and explain! 😍 And the video production is good. Keep up the good work!
Just came across your channel today and I’m in your rabbit hole of videos already. As if every single one of them can relate to any conditions I could be having. Can also say that I love your outfits too!
Very interesting. When I lived in the South of France, for the main meals of the day - lunch and dinner - the items on the menu were presented separately. Typically, beginning with a green or tomato salad, crudités (mixed raw vegetables) or asparagus etc. with a vinaigrette, often followed by a cooked vegetable, such as petits pois, leeks, aubergines in tomato sauce, braised cabbage, spinach, lentils etc. Then protein in some form - meat, fish, egg, accompanied by something like potatoes or rice, the meal finishing with cheese and fruit. If the main part of the meal was something like pasta with a meat sauce, there would usually still be a salad to start with. Accompanied by a glass or two of wine, and freshly baked bread and finished with an espresso, for those who enjoyed their coffee. Then, of course, a short siesta and back to work. I don't think that this traditional way of presenting and eating a meal was based on scientific study, but it was just as much a part of the 'Mediterranean regime' as were the actual foods and overall preponderance of vegetables in the diet.
I think that this way of eating may have been eroded somewhat over the past few decades, with changes in the working day and the move to a much shorter lunch break and also the fact that in two person households, both people often now work outside the home.
I’ve always been curious- how does one take a nap after drinking espresso. I’m so wired but i love the idea! 😵💫
@@MilkTeaASMR cafeine kicks in 30 minutes later so you can take a little nap
It's not a Mediterranean way of eating, in Italy salad goes with the protein part of the meal. Pasta or rice first.
I learned to eat in that order, I.e. salad first, when I lived with a French family.
@@MilkTeaASMRcaffeine blocka adenosine receptors responsible for tiredness accumulation throughout the day. If you are tired enough, you will fall asleep even after coffee.
I found no one but you coming up with this great information. THE GOAT Doctor!
Thank you, though this will ne a big challenge. As an Asian, I've been eating all categories altogether. We have lots of one-dish savory meals where veggies and meat are already mixed, and rice or noodles are eaten together with them. It's going to be a whole cultural revolution with my family.
I'm Asian too. Usually we only eat rice, vegetables and meat in one meal and no junk food. We don’t need to change the way our parents have eaten for thousands of years.
Today we start the same meal with 30% vegetables
After eating the vegetables we can eat the mixture. If you have diabetes, eat less rice and eat it last.
Fruit can make you feel satisfied and reduce cravings. It's important to have some activity between meals rather than snacking.
I am wondering the exact same thing. My husband is asian and we eat mixed vegetable with meat stir fry on top of rice for our meals most nights so I’m thinking how do we change this way of eating. If we need to eat the rice last then there is no point eating the rice at all, the it just won’t be the same.
@@melmil9836Now that we don't work in rice fields anymore, I use Jessie food order hacks and I use less soy sauce and salt when cooking, you won't need as much rice. Without rice, you'll have more energy and less hunger. Rice’s pure carbohydrates make you tired and lead to diabetes😅
I enjoyed reading your book 'Glucose Revolution'. It is well-written and easy to understand. I was diagnosed T2D but reversed it successfully one year ago. I am without medication since and my latest a1c is 4.9%. Nowadays, after reading your book, I am following the food order hack combined with moderate post-meal exercise. I normally do 30 squats. Alternatively, I walk up and down the stairs for 10 minutes. It has helped to maintain my glucose level steadily good. Thanks Jessie for your contribution🙏.
Can you please tell me how you lowered your A1C? I’m holding at 6.5 , and have elevated Triglycerides 🙄
@@alicekapolas3210 I quit sugar and anything that contains sugar; avoided white rice, bread, pasta, sweets; started eating barley grits, fox-tail millets, buckwheat, eggs and lots of vegetables; quit frequent snacking; made it a habit to walk at least 17000 steps everyday; ate my diner before 7:00 pm. In nutshell, I entirely quit sugary things, replaced high-carb food with low glycemic index foods, and walked after meal. I lost 19 pounds in 6 months. My a1c dropped from 9.9% to 6.2% in 3 months. in the next three months it was 5% and now it's 4.9%
My diet is nearly same now. But I don't need to walk everyday. I am more watchful about the food that goes into my mouth. I realize that diet is more important. Lately, I am following the food order hack and post-meal exercise recommended by Jessie. It helps. That a1c at 6.5% puts you already in the red zone. Please cut carbs and sugars. Be harsh on the bad diets. For the triglycerides, it will get better with right diets and exercise. Insulin resistance, high blood pressure, elevated triglycerides and LDL often go together.
@@alicekapolas3210 I quit sugary foods and drinks. Replaced starchy and high-carb food with veggies, meat, eggs, nuts, barley grits, fox-tail millet and buckwheat. I did a lot of walking: in the morning and after meals. I committed to cover at least 17000 steps everyday. I also quit frequent snacking. I ate my evening meals before 7:00 pm. I shed 20 pounds in 6 months: went from chubby to lean. My a1c dropped from 9.9% to 6.2% in 3 months, and to 5% later. Now it keeps juggling between 5.1% and 4.9%. I still follow that diet. But I don't walk regularly now. I didn't walk whole winter. I learnt that diet is more important than exercise. I recommend to modify your diet if it is high in sugar, starch and carb. It will also help your Triglycerides. It will take sometime to see the progress. But, if the changes in life-style and diet didn't help, it's better to speak to your doctor.

This is the first time to your channel and this video literally had me in tears of gratitude. I have a family history of diabetes and I can tell I have issues with my blood sugar--a plethora of issues--all the things you describe is what I feel. I've more or less cut sugar from my diet as much as I can but I always crave sugar and even a tiny sweet feels like it's doing massive damage. I'm always tired no matter how much sleep I get and I feel awful everyday. I was convinced that regardless of all the effort I make, I'm going to end up with diabetes and be stuck on medication and never be able to enjoy food just like you said but now I feel super hopeful. I've been doing the exact opposite of what the studies instruct. I eat my veggies dead last but I'm going to try the correct order and see how I feel. Thank you so much! I'm going to share big time.

Since the entire strategy originates from outside scientific studies, it is nice to know she took the time to verify the study on herself using real live glucose levels. I love love love this lady! Smart beautiful calm upbeat happy simple! Hers is about doing- not mindlessly information that befuddles! Thank you young lady! God Bless you my dear!
OMG! Finally I found what I’m truly looking for. I knew there must be a way to eat healthy not trying so hard to avoid all the food that I love. Thank God I found you sweetie. 😘❤
Wow! Something that strikes me is that this "good order" of eating the food seems to line up rather well with what seems to me to be a traditional French way of eating! That is, beginning with a vegetable-based starter, continuing with a main coarse that might not necessarily be very rich in starch but could be for example meat and green beans, then after that having some cheese and bread, and lastly a sweet dessert. I've only lived in France for a few months as a student 20 years ago though, but maybe others here can tell me if I'm right or not?
Definitely I am following your advice as to the order we should eat. I am prediabetic and hope that this changes my A1C on my next blood test! Thank you Jessie!
It will defenetly change if you follow the hacks 100 % ... my values turn to all to normal (blood suger, no insulin resistence and also blood pressure ) and my doctor take me off from medication
Amazing ❤ good luck 🎉
I will be looking for and buying your book(s). Your videos are upbeat and enlightening. Thank you, GG !!!!
I have just watched 3 of your videos for the 1st time & i have to say your videos would be the most informative ive watched, compared to all others on this diabetic subject where they only tell you about why & what medication you should have & not what steps you can take to cure diabetes, this includes my own doctor. This really needs to be taken into schools as part of the school curriculum , prevention is better than cure. You have helped me more in the 3 vids than my own doctor has in 10 yrs. Thank you so much.
Love love love! Your analogies are brilliant! ❤
She is so informative I’m going to try it from tomorrow.
This video is very enlightening. I am going to follow her advice. My fasting glucose was 102, but my insulin level was 3.1, so I most likely may not be full-blown insulin resistant yet, but I know that following this procedure will definitely be beneficial.
Your knowledge are very helpful ! Thank you so much for your time and share us!
I learned so much!!! As a 66 yr old woman can I just tell you that your video should be shown to every man in America! Your delivery of information would mesmerize me and they would listen!!! It’s those long, gorgeous, shapely legs, the pencil skirt, heels and sweater!!! A Ph.D and beautiful too!!! Girl you are a whole package!!!
Yes.
You are a Godess, i have followed you and will continue to follow you.
I will try this hack and hopefully it works for my body! Thank you for sharing.
Such an excellent video! I have been having constant cravings for food and feel tired/sleepy/hungry all day long. Tonight I ate my dinner in the right order and I am feeling content and not hungry for the first time ! I am beyond excited to know these hacks really work! Ty GG!!
Your hacks helped me so much towards the end of my pregnancy when I was struggling so much with insulin resistance due to gestational diabetes, I wish I had found you sooner!
Never knew food order mattered as much. Thanks for sharing
As a trainer, I'm recommending this to several clients. Looking forward to seeing the results.
Lots of prominent Korean doctors have already been talking about this forever. I’ve been trying and definitely lost weight. I also feel healthier generally and stop food cravings. I don’t eat that much carb anymore anyway😃I like your idea about veggie starter and barrier pic you’ve explained! Thank yoou💗got your list as well!
I don’t have diabetes but I started to eat my salad and veggies first because it made my stomach feel better. Carbs we’re making me bloat and get stomach ache so at the end of the meal I would eat less of them. It works for me
Thank you for being a force for good amidst the noise of armchair experts and social media influencers in today's world!
Amazing information! Thank you! Also this whole aesthetic is giving me elevated Many Moore in the movie How To Deal & I LIVE!
I just found your channel, and I just want to say that, in addition to the great info you share, I also love your outfit and studio!
