Michelle, who needs no introduction, sits down with me to reflect on her eight years in the White House, the challenges one faces in the public eye, and how her personal relationships have changed since becoming First Lady.

Honestly, nothing was so much of a Surprise. Michelle Obama was Exquisite, Highly Articulate, Poised, Dignified, Graceful in every way. However what to me personally was the most powerful message from everything she said was about Re-gaining control about one’s own Narrative because people trying to distort your truth, your being and your ‘personhood’.
How to bounce back from that, in the midst of all that she was put through. I bow down to that! Because I know how hard it is, and how personal it is, when some people want to make the world believe something you know FULLY in your Heart and Soul you are NOT!

When my brother was shot at Fort Hood, we got to meet the president and Michelle Obama. She was one of the most genuine people I have ever met in my life. When she gave me a hug, you can feel that it was not fake and if there was love behind that hug. She looked me straight in the eye, and you could tell that she cared. It’s very few people that I have met in my life that are like her. She’s one of a kind for sure.
So sorry for your loss....for you and your family. Take comfort that you were able to experience true compassion with this experience.

I am always amazed at how grounded Michelle Obama is, considering the life she has had. She is such a great role model for young women of today.

What I realize about Michelle Obama is her amazing ability to switch between being down to earth and being sophisticated when the occasion so merits. She's Kool calm, collective and very intelligent in the way she administers her answers and delivery her points., much love to the Obama family.
this interview literally just defined "with great power comes with great responsibility". Imagine being not able to live life like a normal people going into the cinema or walking down the street.
“Come home we like you here” I cried when she said that because it’s so relatable.
Unfortunately *home* is not always a safe and joyful place for many people.
Her emotional intelligence and wisdom is incredible. I’m happy that she is always sharing her insights and being vulnerable with us.

I love the Obama’s! Michelle said something that really stuck out. She spoke about having power. And the difference in her and others. Her powerful position, gave her opportunity to help others. Where as, other people in power, use it to self serve. Both the Obama’s will go down in history as smart and compassionate people.

Her intelligence, grace, her passion, wisdom, but not scared to talk about mote sensitive topics and staying open. This is a real human that enjoys being in the present but evolves through the good and the bad and still takes it in stride. Im a talker too! If only I could be one of her people at the dinner table. There were 2 things she spoke about that stood out to me. 1st, the number 1 rule this country should provide to every person in America is a home, food, education, and a job. That's a powerful Leadership speaking moment from Michelle Obama. The 2 thing is that powerful people Fear other people who they can't connect with or control, and powerful people are afraid they will lose more if this country did provide the fundamentals of the number 1 Rule Michelle spoke on.

This was a phenomenal interview. The questions by the interviewer were great. I loved her responses. I know she would never want to do it, but she would be the most wonderful FIRST female President. First female president with a pecker
Here in Europe, there is talk that Michelle Obama will take up the mantel and run for president as it becomes more obvious that Biden should drop out of the race. It doesn't sound to me that they would have been getting indications from hearing her speak. I think she is happy where she is right now. However, she might consider it if she saw that she were someone that would garner the support to beat our old criminal-in-chief.

Out of many approaches she touches on in this interview that I agree with, I have always appreciated and shared Michelle’s perspective on being open & allowing the “possibility of new” as she calls it. “I’d rather give people the benefit of the doubt than lose the possibility of someone special”.
