I practice this. When working out, I'm like 10 more reps and end up doing 100. When I'm tired at work, I'm like one more task, and then I sleep fulfilled. It's the secret to happiness as a human being; pushing forward. As for those friends, I STOP them in their tracks. Thank you! Iâm inspired by both of you!
I was in an unhappy marriage for 25 years. When I finally left and had not worked in 20 years it was a scary situation for me! I had three kids as well. I didnât get a penny and I too had my electricity, gas and water turned off at various timesâŠI sold all my furniture and belongings to keep us afloatâŠ
Eventually I lost the home I raised my children in and had to sell my carâŠ
Life felt like a mean place to beâŠ
After all of that I was angry and down for years!
But eventually I scratched my way back up and started working two jobs and I was shocked when I received a scholarship to the writers program at UCLA! It was a blessing!
Iâm in a better place nowâŠI am a writer and work for myself now as a spiritual coach. I keep going and believing in myself!

My advice to new investors: Buy good companies stocks and hold them as long as they are good companies. Just do this and ignore the forecasts and market views which are at best entertaining but completely useless. Iâve only ever saved($510,000), never invested but want to start.
My portfolio has good companies, however it has been stalling since last year. I have approximately $200k stagnant in my reserve that needs growth.

This got me emotional because I tried staying way from alcohol for a long time and it has been difficult. I focused on being sober for 90 days and each time I would fall off. Until last year October I decided to stay away from alcohol just for a day. That 1 day has been more than 6 months for me. It was difficult in the beginning, then festive came and amazing how focused I was on just 1 day at a time. This video is helping me to apply the strategy in other areas of my life. I am so happy I am hear. I listened to this since Friday last week and I am here and ready to go beyond my self imposed limits. Thank you â€đ
Helps a lot if you replace alcohol with some other positive activity (To keep you pre-occupied, to help you grow, etc) Gym, Socializing/ Social Events, etc

This CD has three separate relaxation/meditation sessions on it czcams.com/users/postUgkxzpa8CIfZcihW4Z0F_ja0QF3W9KIatrsq guided by a very pleasant and direct male voice. Unlike so many other products of its type, this CD does not have bad synthesizer music, does not feature a phony or affected style of narration, and does not make any bogus claims to be subliminal or to re-train the brain or any of that balderdash. What you get is 1. a guided meditation for getting into a pleasantly relaxed state of body awareness while taking a stroll (superb for those easing back into a fitness routine slowly after an illness or injury) 2. A nice long breath-awareness relaxation session that if followed diligently can put you into very deep states of full-body relaxation and mental calmness, and 3. a buddhist-inspired meditation session designed to help you develop and maintain feelings of loving kindness toward not just yourself and your friends, but toward people you don't even like. The CD makes no claims to be designed for advanced meditators or for buddhists or hindus/yoga practitioners looking for very deep and esoteric stuff. It is geared more toward the average person who just wants to develop the habit of relaxation and stress relief through natural, healthy means. him, if you happen to be reading this, keep up the good work fella, and I love your accent. I would also like to note that I have never fallen asleep while listening to this product. I would like to kindly suggest to the reviewer who said this CD makes him fall asleep, that he might want to get checked to see if he has a sleep disorder, or if he is simply not setting aside ample time for restful sleep at night. A healthy person getting adequate rest at night should be able to go into deep states of mental relaxation without dozing off, if not all the time, then most of the time.

Wow, the active engagement between the two of you having this conversation is so good. This is the first time I listen to this quality of podcast. I was 100% hook. Love it. Gonna watch more
Oh gosh dang, thought I didnât just jump out of bed from my afternoon nap with a sense of urgency! When I actually said to myself, âI have 1 day to live! Only this moment! I gotta call my dad!â I gotta get that bookđđœ đđ«đđœ
Nothing but gratitude for this gem of wisdom in 37 minutes and 24 seconds. Full send/share.
I pray for us all to live in our purpose that we may live in abundance in wealth health and life
This is one of the best podcasts i have listened so far
I have never wanted to buy a book before just from listening to one of these programs. But this guy and his words have given me a completely different sense. I want to buy his book and read it and I want to figure out exactly what i want in my life and finally go for it! After having so many great ideas for decades, and never really acting enough on any of them, this was one of the most inspirational, motivational, and inspiring podcast I have ever heard. Thank you, Jay for having this man on your program!
No words .. I just donât have the level of gratitude expressed in words that can relay what I feel right now. God bless you both. Youâve changed my life today and my only thought right now is how I can share this to change the life of others đâ€
That's really wonderful.
Well how are you doing today

Sobriety has been the best choice I've ever made. In addition to owning my choices, I finally own my own business. I've had those moments where my kids have seen me cry, and although I didn't express that same thought to them at the time, I got sober for them.
This was such an epic episode! Ed's energy is definitely buzzing and messages are profound! Thank you! đđŒ
This interview has had me in tears and opened me up to so much gratitude! Amazing! Thank you so much!
Great conversation. What you are articulating is maturity. Healthy maturity. It's nice to see people sit in the growth and process it all. Inspirational.
Edâs principles are incredibly powerful, and so unique. As a lifelong learner, Iâve never encountered such beautifully articulated insights. Brilliant.
He is absolutely helping people. Love his energy and clean and optimistic view of life. This interview helped me to focus and work to achieve my dream and remove all of the negative thoughts.
Deep conversations with the right people are priceless. Face-to-face conversation teaches us to interact with other people to an actual conversation with them. Listening to certain parts ... tear's rolled down my cheeks. Thank You! Immense Gratitude!! đđ»đâșđ
This is possibly the most profound talk I have ever heard till today and absolutely wholesome for me đ

Thank you, Ed and Jay. This hit home in so many ways for me. I have been "stuck" in memories, misery, and past failures, which have limited me in life. I have just been letting life happen, afraid to truly try and feel like I continuously fail. Your analogies, life experiences, examples, and everything you refer to are spot on and well expressed. THANK YOU! â€ïž I want to find my purpose, my happiness, and live today (instead of living in fear and/or the past). You both are a true blessing to me. â€
so true !

I countlessly share my experience with my co-workers at work, on how I'm becoming financially stable on $33,800 weekly profits from an investment of $9500 trading with John E Armani.
That was powerful right there! I am dedicated in the season of rest. I'm in the process of transitioning myself, resetting myself and learning the new person I am becoming

Thank you soo much for this conversation because Iâve been through some things that have weighed me down but that part about âyou are the most equipped to help your past selfâ that made me tear up. Iâve been looking for my purpose and I feel like I am meant to help people who were once in my situation. Life is looking up for me, and who ever is reading this just remember you truly can do anything you put your mind to, just imagine it so vividly and then meditate on what it takes to get there then begin implementing it to your life!
