Hi guys. A have started to include Body Projects exercises with my weight training, which I have been doing for many years and I can say that these exercises are truly awesome. They helped me to gain more flexibility which I lost with my long sitting work position and also my weight training, The exercises are well balanced and progress with intelligence. I highly recommend these workouts with just one advice: Give yourself time to learn how to balance yourself and do the exercise the correct way. Its all about the quality not quantity!

I have been doing these workouts for a month or so now and some of them really challenge me - and I'm in pretty good shape. But this one [pleasantly] surprised me. While I was dripping with sweat and struggling to keep going, there are no breaks, the instructor didn't look like she was struggling at all! This is a great workout. I chose this one because I am taking a week off from lifting to recover and rest so I wanted something challenging but lower impact than some of the others. Well, this is it.

Fantastic workout. Started struggling half way. Had to do simpler versions for the rest. I recorded myself to compare with my future progress. Rather than just looking at progress just through the scales. I loved that there was stretching at the end. I’m normally stiff and sore the next day if I don’t. So I normally do an extra video on stretching. Thanks heaps Body project for your fantastic workouts and encouragement to move and to focus on my own progress and to compare my fitness not just by the scales.!!
I suffer from sciatica but extremely into my health and fitness. I am always on the lookout for high energy workouts that are not too challenging on the joints and this is one hell of a pilates and cardio combo. Literally dripping in sweat without the constant jumping around. Great Alex thank you ☺️
No joke! Starts off gently to warm up and just when you think it’s not tough- BAM! Lots of sweat. Form is key. Can’t go as fast as her on squat leg lifts by I am over 50. 😅 I can already tell a difference after just a few times. Does repeat sets but seems to go quickly.
If anyone is wondering if this work, it 100% does!! I’ve been doing this workout for a month and i already see results.

This is my favorite workout video. Alex is great! In regards to a few negative comments-I personally find the over the top perkiness and fast 80s music of most workout videos beyond irritating. It's nice to see a video that is more about the workout, rather than the outfits and music. Plus this video makes me feel like my abs are working and pulled in for the rest of the day! Love it!
I was doing cardio hiit, strength and abs and was nervous of trying this but to my surprise it was a great workout and my body felt fab afterwards not bad for a 54 year old, quite proud of myself. Alex your are definitely the best fitness instructor on youtube thank you ❤

This is the workout that I have been looking for! Awesome! And thank you for not being so annoying and feeling like you have to fill in every last second! Love that it's not so high impact that it causes knee/leg pain but still delivers a great cardio challenge...this will now be a permanent workout for me!

Oh my! This is my 2nd time to do this in a week. A new favorite for sure. Who would have thought my heart rate would go higher (145-160) than during a HIIT workout - and stay there. Love the almost no impact - but still high intensity. I think the sheer pace of this workout would make even the fittest person find this challenging. Speaking of fit...Alex, during the ab workout: your heart rate should be back to normal now. Me, panting, looking at my watch: HR 120.
I have a bronchial infection and this workout really helps to clear the bronchial tubes and the sinuses. It's more challenging when you're sick but afterwards you will feel refreshed.

okay, this was incredible but also doable. i had to skip a few things and jog around the room, but i know i can get thru all of it and keep getting an amazing workout in under an hour.

My word! These commenters are right. This workout really IS difficult! I think it’s just what I need, too. I’ve been doing your work outs for the last few years and just got back to them a few months ago. This one is going to strengthen my back ... and my everything... that’s for sure! That last section was great! Definitely going to be doing this again!
Ok. This one was NOT easy, had to pause a few times but for the first time in my adult life my fingers grazed my toes on that last floor exercise. I cannot believe it! Thank YOU!

awesome workout! my first time trying pilates. i really enoyed it, but some parts i had to modify, as for some reason my right knee doesn't like me jumping, it gives me a sharp pain, and when that happens i have to stop because it will last throughout the day
I have had 3 kids and the jumping makes me pee my pants. They call it "over active bladder". I call it humiliating and frustrating to say the least. Anyway, happy workout!!
Sweating and toning.I like this type of workout and created similar types when I was a fitness instructor. At that time the fitness department coordinator was uncomfortable coming up with an original name such as "Cardio Pilates."

for beginners this workout it tough!! soo much leg work, not much ab work, I couldn't complete everything but I did do a good portion of it and I am sweating.

Love the workout but a little surprised no low impact options were provided
I thought I was going to have a moderate workout- this was pretty tough but I liked it.
this workout is better for advanced fitness levels I had trouble keeping up she didn't really offer any modifications for any of the moves and felt it was too fast for me.
