      @@hopefaith3312 to be honest at the beginning my diet wasn't that clean, cause i didn't know alot about it and it was my first time that i wanted a healthier body not just to be beautiful and lose weight. But now my diet is very clean, very healthy and i never make my self hungry my meals are big but they contain very low calories and carbs. I know i have talked alot 😅 , but i dont want any one else to repeat my mistakes please focus on reducing your body fat not losing weight i know it takes a longer time but it shapes the body perfectly

      @@hopefaith3312 it is not a certain thing and i actually don't know what all of them are called in English, but i focus on the low carb and high proten food and i never eat simple carbs like rice, pasta, white bread. Stay away from the food that makes insulin resistance. when you wake up first thing you drink about half to one liter of warm water, and replace cold water with warm water. What i mean is you have to make it a lifestyle

    I don't usually make comments, but this deserves one! I am 51 and this was day #50 of my lifestyle change! I pick a challenge workout every 10 days and this was it for #50! Thank you so much for keeping me motivated to give what even I don't think I can! I did it all and am more then proud to say I could!     One of my go-tos for mixed intervals! There's really no one like Daniel to motivate over the internet.....as far as I can tell! I love the way he leads. It feels so genuine and he's always encouraging us in a really unique way! I don't know if the workouts are as hard for him as he tells us (LOL) but I believe him anyway and it helps!

    For anyone struggling or can’t do it like me with the push ups lol, just do as much as you can n don’t quit the whole thing just cause you’re struggling !! It will be worth the happiness when you do get to the point where you can do even 3 push ups n you’ll be glad you kept going!! I love how motivating Body Project is!!! I’ve never found videos like theirs!!! Amazing!!!

      My shoulder is messed up so I can't do full pushups, but you can just lean against a wall or table and do pushups that way.

    I see everyone commenting how they dont comment, and I'm the same. I always get this feeling of contempt for most of these trainers because theyre full of shit, but this guy, and his group, just seem so authentic and I love it. This was a hell of a starter workout and I'm gonna keep going for it

    Hello Body Project! I don't think I have ever commented on a CZcams. I am so very blessed to have stumbled upon you all! I am postpartum 5 babies in 10 years. The youngest is 2. As a teenager my mother had inspired me to workout with Richard Simmons :) As an adult and parent with such little time - I have struggled to find the perfect workout from home. Now I have NO excuse! I can't make it to the gym no matter the schedule commitments I make. Schedules forever change, with babies! I have been with you now about two weeks and really do feel like I'm with you! I love it! Keep it up guys! Your rocking my world!!!

    Thank you Body Project for helping me get my health back and feel strong again. I had my baby in Feb of 2018 and struggled so much with weight post partum. Months later had an emergency surgery (miscarriage) and was in pain and recovering for months. I decided to start doing videos for exercise and found you guys. I started with your "easier" videos so I could finally take control again of my weight and get to feeling strong and healthy again. Now I'm doing your more advanged videos and actually keeping up! Already lost over 10 pounds and I just cant express how thankful I am. Its really a ministry you guys are doing...blessing so many people with the opportunity to get fit at home. THANK YOU!!!

    Thank you Body Project for all the videos. I've been doing the interval training hiit sessions 4 times a week for 3 weeks. I haven't lost weight but turned it into muscle and lost inches. Along with a small change in my eating habits. Cutting out sugars, eating less carbs but making sure I eat high fat products and high protein for recovery.
    My journey has started as I was diagnosed with pcos and want to have another child which hasn't been possible as of yet. But I'm already seeing an improvement in my energy levels, pain relief and much more.

    I wanted to thank you for your videos. I changed my diet to a keto diet. I started exercising 6 days a week. You guys have had a major role in the fact that I lost my first 10 pounds in my first 2 1/2 weeks. Can't wait to keep going and lose the last 30 pounds

    I am 59 years old woman and very out of shape. I just finished the workout. Yippee! It was very motivating. The stretches at the end were great. I tried to follow the modified moves, but at times the person was doing the same moves as the others. So I modified them myself. 90% of the moves were terrific. But instead of doing dumbbell flys in two different circuits it would have liked to see another dumbbell lift there. However I am not an expert so there must have been a good reason for this. I did bicep curls instead. I would have liked to see some smiling and more attention to the audience. I am a TV producer and I always ask myself where and who is your audience. I focus solely on them. I really enjoyed the workout it was the first one intense one I could finish. Kudos to you and your company. I will do it again.

    4-10-2021 ~ Started trying to get back in shape near the end of February doing the beginner workouts. Trying to stick to a minimum of three, thirty minutes workouts per week. More on occasion, extra work out or longer work out or I try pushing myself to do at least part of the work out with more intensity. Today with this work out I was able to do the lunges, which just last week was something I was struggling with. Thanks you.

    HI I' ve started off with the 30 minute programme and after just 7 days i am managing 45 minute program. I do not know your name but you are doing a terrific workout. i do it at about 7:30 in the morning and i am feeling great. good job guys and keep it up.

    My first time through I did 30 minutes with 2lbs weights and I feel great! I am officially 1 yr.+ a few months past my left hip replacement, and I am back to my old workout pace. Again, many thanks to Body Project! So grand & fantastic! Now on to my cool down :-)

    Wow .... its been 5 weeks i started wd ur low impact workouts .. later combined it to YOUR cardio workouts to double the time and now today i tried this workout first time and i completed in 50 minutes... n all i can say is that i have lost 2 inches from my waist n hip region... not checked ma weight yet...     Having started from the low intense videos, I found this one particularly difficult for my knees, especially the left one, but stayed until the end and tried the exercises I found hard somewhat differently. Thank you again for another great video!

    Yes...I finished this session without any glitches. Could not do the jumping jacks and complete forward lunges due to the knee problem but I did the alternate movement for that. I feel very good after doing this.

    Is the second time I trythis workout this week. I started one week and a half ago doing cardio starter. Two days ago I tried doing this one. I only made it to the first 10 minutes. I have COPD, I can finish cardio starter without pause. TODAY I tried this one again (yes I am stubborn) and I made it to 26:20. I took the rest like with 10 more seconds. But due to my condition Wich makes it harder for me than a regular person to workout I feel proud of my self. So any one out there wanting to do this do it. If you don't feel ready start with cardio starter. This one is tough. Don't quit. Rest. Take your breath back and keep going. This people are fit. Go to your own pace. Your body eventually is gonna get used to it. You got this!!!

    Hi my name is Stephanie and I'm not a indoor person. I love hiking and I do it almost every weekend. Now during this lockdown period I need some sort if workout to keep me moving and I tried doing this work out. I would say the best. I enjoy it and it's my day 5 doing it.     I ❤️ that you include warm up and cool down!! It's so much easier to skip it when it's not included and I'd rather get er done!!!! I appreciate that these workouts can be done at any level!     Whenever I'm not able to workout for like 5 days and jump right into this one when I have time and when I'm in good condition, I really struggle a lot. It really tests my strength and resistance and I love it because it's suck a challenge. This is one of my "go to workouts" since I'm able to sweat and build muscles at the same time.     This was what I have been looking for. Emphasis on form and working to your best no one else's. I have injured myself pushing too fast and too hard. More of these please:)

    Thank you guys ! Your channel is my quarantine bae only one week and I can see changes on my legs . I started with cardio starter1 for 2 days; cardio starter2 for 2 days and tonight is my 3rd day on this video. Intense and worthy. Bravoooooooo

    I just started this video today and it wasn't easy at all, my C/S wound was a bit painful but I am ok. Feeling the muscle screaming, will be doing this for the next two weeks

    42:37 that's what I manage to finish. Definitely not a beginner workout but I'm committed in doing it for an entire month. At least 3 times a week 😅

      This I still find very hard for begginers have you any lower pact works outs please I’ve only been watching your workouts I have asthma and heart problems please get back to advise what is good for me at this moment georgina
