    This routine has literally transformed my life. I have been overweight since I was 10 years old. Now I am 43yrs old. My wife came across your channel when I was complaining that I am not able to find the right workout as I want slow burn and long-lasting results. Not in rush as 33yrs of overweight was a drag on all walks of my life. Since 2022, I was trying your "30-minute fat burning home workout for beginners. Achievable, low impact results." for like 3/4 days a week and it first gave me hope that my weight is stable. In Feb 2023, my doctor gave me the bad news that my A1C just crossed 6.5 and I am officially diabetic. Diabetes runs in the family, and I know the damage it can cause. So, I was devastated because my life really started to take off in the last three years, professionally and financially. When I was browsing for other routines, I came across this particular routine. So, I started doing this every morning without missing a single day. I started seeing results within two weeks. Finally, when my doctor scheduled one more lab test for my blood glucose, the new reading came down from 6.7 to 5.6 in just 4 months. My doctor was astonished and asked what I did. I told him that I started working out for one hour daily and that's it. Now that I lost 30lbs (Yes Thirty f*king pounds in 4 months), my confidence is in an altogether new level. I am socializing more and thinking about more events to attend. You kind of unshackled my inner self from this curse of being overweight. I may be dramatic here but boy, a big thank you for making this video. Keep up the good work. Really appreciate it from bottom of my heart.

      For any one looking for specifics, I used Dumbbells of 3lb and later 5lb when doing this routine every day. . I was burning 500 active calories (reading from my apple watch) each morning with this routine. And also started taking my dog to walk in the evening. In the evening too, i was burning 450-500 calories (reading from my apple watch) with one hour walk. The idea for targeting 500 active calorie burn is, a person can lose 1lb of body weight if they burn 3,500 active calories. So, that is how I was averaging 2lb weight lose per week. I did not change my diet. i still eat Pizza, pasta and chocolate from time to time. I only made portions. Each portion 250-300 cal (serving size readings) per portion and eating every 3hours. Total 4 meals a day. Sometimes, 5. Since eating sugar foods (processed foods) at night and not burning those calories before going to bed causes weight gain, i tried to have dinner by 6:30pm and tried to eat fruit if i felt like hungry. It was bit hard first two weeks. But once i lost 5lb, my body got adjusted. Happy weight loss people!!!

    Everytime i come here I tell myself "just get through the first 30 minutes" and i end up pushing myself to the entire hour. I havent stopped not ONCE after doing this for 5 days a week for 3 weeks. THANK YOU DANIEL AND ALEX

    My oldest son is in his early 20's and he has type 1 diabetes. They took his blood and it was 600. What I do not understand is how he could have gotten it, since no one in the family has it. But he is winning the battle now. This is a good stuff.

      @@vickiejones8064 i walk for about 2 hour every monday, 20 mins body project exercise every tuesday-friday, and 1 hour yoga every saturday/sunday.
      beside exercise, i think food is extremely important. i only consume maximum 800 calories everyday. if it's possible, i recommend you to consult a nutritionist because we all have different types of body and condition.

      Vickie Jones hi Vickie I did three workouts a week whatever I fancied that day and importantly you need to be in a calorie deficit too so I just swapped some of my normal meals for veggies or salad at first until I got used to how much my body actually needed, up your water in take too and listen to your body, if your actually hungry then eat but a lot of the time when your body is sending out hunger cues your actually just thirsty but it’s a learning curve and you’ll get there! 💪💪

    Over the summer I have watched your videos almost every single day. This one is my favorite and go to. I add bridges, reverse situps, and squats between each part of the body we are working out. I have lost 65 pounds. I started out at 270 and now weigh 205. My goal is 180. Thank you so much for your videos and encouraging words. I now have much more energy to be the mom my kids deserve!

    Okay so reasons this is a great workout:
    1. I started this feeling sluggish and ended it feeling energetic
    2. The modifications are awesome, even if you're not a beginner you might just want to take it a bit easier (or harder)
    3. The instructions/instructors are great, clear and easy to follow
    4. The positive attitude is infectious :)

    I'm diabetic and insulin dependent...I started doing body project with my wife.
    This was back at the end of August 2020.
    I have gotten to the point where 90% of the time I don't even need my nightly insulin injections cuz of you guys!!!
    Love you guys and gals and thankful you are a part of my lifestyle now.

      I am type 1 diabetic too...how do you prepare to work out so your blood sugar doesn't drop too far?

      @@catherinedahle5255 I just do it, I don't know.
      I have issues with it being high if I don't do my workouts.
      VERY carb sensitive...I will skyrocket with very minimal carbs.
      Tries to keep my meals 3x daily below 60 carbs.
      High protein couple carbs snacks.
      So I don't really think of it being TOO LOW I guess is all.
      My NORMAL tends to be between 100 ish to 160.
      I have fitbit set for 100-180.
      I don't tend to drop to danger levels for a diabetic.

    I'm 22, I suffer with anxiety and was diognosed with pcos, i'm overweight and 18stone feel horrible about my self and have no self esteam. Yet you guess motivate me so much and it's been 2 weeks and I'm already feeling better about myself, thank you alot! You also make it alot more fun than other youtubers i've tried where theyre silent during the workout, but you telling me kind words, jokes and encouraging feels sooo good!

    I found this channel at the beginning of the year when my energy levels were at the lowest they have ever been. I have done a body project workout every almost every day of 2021, and I just finished this hour long workout for the third time this year. I just wanted to say a big thank you, because I feel amazing!! I finally found a home workout routine that I could stick to, and that I was excited to do at the end of every day. This year has been tough. I am a teacher who just started teaching hybrid, and I truly feel like body project has given me the energy and confidence I need to get through the rest of the school year.     i did this today.started drenching in sweat after 10mins along the way.this is my 3rd week doing workout using the bodyproject video.i can feel my tummy and abdomen have lost some fats after losing 3kg now.will keep doing it for the sake of my health!still 20kg to goo

      N219 Pham I’ve lost 32 to pounds from doing 1 hour of two of his 30 min videos or one 1 hour video. For food cut your portion sizes eat lean meat, lots of vegetables and fruit at watch meal and drink a lot of water

    I didn't know if I could handle the cardio after the obliques but holy cow did it feel SO GOOD to get to the finish line and clock in these calories.
    I've been looking into finding more "walk with me" videos for days when I need an indoor cardio that isn't hard on me. LET ME TELL YOU, it is so hard when I don't have Daniel in there saying just about anything to perk my motivation forward. Those small words of encouragement given throughout these videos are really what pull me through-- I don't know where I and many of us would be without Body Project... Thank you so much!! 💜

    I just wanna say thank you I was very sad and depressed we have a dog that lasted 16 years with us she passed away yesterday. I didn’t feel like doing nothing today. But I know I need it to do something for my body to keep going for my son. This helped a lot took my anxiousness .

    All praises to The Almighty! I will be starting this workout, today. I'm weighing in at 220 lbs, with the height of 5ft 9inch. I will check in and give an update. This is a very inspirational video. I have a chronic illness to battle, daily... But I'm challenging myself to start here, for 30 days. Yah bless me and you, on this journey 💜
    Edit* I was weighing in at 239 lbs, a few months before this. I contribute the 19 lb weight loss to being more active, with my 2 grandchildren*.

      I was a little heavier and was pre-diabetic. Exercise is great but to lose weight I had to change my diet. Several CZcams sources on the subject, I like Dr. Berg.

      @@Trag-zj2yo Hi there! I put myself on a 1500 Calorie diet. I rarely eat out...but I do cook/bake a lot, in the fall and winter. I've cut down on the baking now tho. I'll look into Dr. Berg. I've committed to doing this workout, 6 days a week. I'm super excited to watch my body change. I plan to add weights and resistance bands, next month. After that, I'll move on to another workout from here. Thank you! Yah Bless!!!

      @@sairamughal8336 look up strength training workouts. That's what you'll need to do to tone up. Cardio helps you to burn calories, but strength training helps you to not only burn calories but two-tone as well. You can do bodyweight strength training exercises, strength training exercises with a band, and strength training exercises with weights. There are loads of exercise videos you can find to do this on CZcams.

      Wow! That’s great! My mother taught senior water aerobics at the Y six days a week until she was about 84 years old and got bronchitis and asthma and couldn’t breathe anymore. I am 61 and would like to be able to keep up with her, but I am easily frustrated and discouraged and end up just hating myself.

    I’ve been doing this workout several times already and it has become easier, thank you for making this senior friendly too. I’m 66 years old and couldn’t go to the gym because of this pandemic so your workouts have become my daily habit. Some of the exercises I modify if it stresses my knees. I’m from the Philippines.     I just wanna say I started this workout yesterday cuz I was tired of feeling bad about myself and I feel so limited to certain things. So I got up and did it even though I didn't want to. And I've ruly never done a 1 hour workout so this was a first. I'm 17 years old btw. I only managed to complete 13 minutes sadly, I hated every bit lol but I was determined. I was scrolling on Instagram today and saw one of my fitness role models and pushed myself to do this workout. I took it easy, it was hard at first, but it's a little easier than yesterday. I COMPLETED THE ENTIRE WORLOUT! I am extremely proud of myself. I made a promise to keep doing this workout until I can do the whole thing with ease. Whether I see results or not. How I feel and my overall improvement is what matters most. Also side note it was difficult up until I made it to the 25 minute mark and then I got a sudden burst of energy.

      I finish his other 4 workouts all the way thru but i always avoids his workouts with her cuz they is hard i be avoiding these two especially her 😭 im 25 and i have low iron and im over weight i did lost 65 lbs last year but i gained 11 pounds back i went back to 211.5 lbs last time i remember in 2018 i drop down to 203.7 lbs my goal is to lose weight for my health and for revenge body as WE'LL💗

    Just did this one for the first time ever!! I'm almost 64 and have many issues but surprised that I was able to complete. Wasn't the most graceful but praying I will get better!! Thank you for providing something that those of us who do have issues with a workout!! Love it. Currently at 243lbs. Will update in a month to see where I'm at then!

    Amaaaaaazzzzzing!!!! Started TBP in March and haven’t looked back. Never before had I done exercise like this, I swim, well I did before lockdown and walk my dog but when I found TBP videos it all changed for me. I am now a member and I move my body with these routines everyday. Real people, doing low impact, weights or not routines and the choice to stand rather than floor work, that’s what changed it for me. TBP is a huge welcoming family that help, encourage, support and understand REAL people. Thank you Daniel, Alex and all of the team at TBP. 😍🥵

      Kamal Salim yes I have lost around a stone since March but just feel so much happier, the weight is at a standstill now but to be honest I don’t mind, my clothes fit better,I feel better and I’m not too critical about what I eat now, so all good

    Info: I’m 14. 148. 4’11. Hispanic. I will be trying to drink at least 2 bottles of water a day and limit sugar. My goal is 120-130 and to do the whole 1 hour.
    Day one: ✅ I was only able to do 11 minutes, but I’m really proud of myself regardless. I don’t see a difference yet. But I feel a bit more energized then usual. It’s like 10PM so I forgot what I ate but next time I’ll say what I ate.

    I just finished your hour workout! I'm 67 years old and have always worked out even tho I'm overweight. I'm very strong and I want to thank you for your free workouts online.     Just wanted to say thank you for workouts I can do. Three years ago I had a titanium cage placed in my lumbar spine and I didn’t think I would be able to workout anymore. With a good diet and exercise I am down 13 lbs and loving every workout everyday!!! Bless you!!! 💙

    This WAS AWESOME!! Daniel's technique in boxing is great. I loved the fact that it was a longer workout but not as high intensity so I feel much more energised than usual. Loved loved loved it. Music was great

    I'm a fitness instructor too but after working all summer (here in Spain) for a hotel I've been feeling really burnt out and I'd completely fallen out of love with exercise and was fed up with being the one having to plan my own sessions or classes. Did this workout to try and get myself back into the swing of things and get my body moving before I start the season again in March. Hearing how buzzing you were by the end and the encouragement you gave throughout really reminded my why I love my job and has really helped give me the kick of motivation I needed. I got so much more out of this workout that the actual exercise, thank you!!

    I love these low-impact but high-intensity workouts. I live in an apartment building so I can't really jump around too much. And I like that there's a standing option for the floor exercises.

    When I saw 56 minutes, I thought to myself "no way, I'll split it in 2". Actually I loved it so much I did it twice! (Just kidding. I did it once... 😁).
    I was so proud!!
    I think the fact I had not eaten any sweets today helped me have the necessary energy to go through the whole workout.
    Also, it was a really fun workout and my butt really hurts! I love it!!

    I just started your workouts coming straight over from the walk at home videos because I didn't feel like I could get anymore intensity without jumping up and down which is killer on my ankles and joints when you are over 200lbs. Let me be clear I HATE working out, but this... This I enjoyed, I think Alex and Daniel are a delight, I appreciate the joint struggle so I don't feel bad about the way my body responds to workout because they provide alternatives and that's ok, it's progress not perfection. I feel the burn not the pain in my joints, so thank you and I look forward to trying more body project workouts!😉

    Took me a year to get out of depression to start moving again. My body has severe nerve damage I’m currently on steroids while on them I decided to get up and look for low impact exercises and found you two and am I glad I did! I am recuperating from Covid and my respiratory endurance has been affected so I cough and get short of breath easily but I decided to try to do this workout and although I wasn’t able to do the whole thing I did 30 minutes of it. In the past I would be kicking myself for being weak but your words of encouragement made me feel accomplished.     I appreciate y’all’s taking positively throughout the entire workout. Illustrating that yea, this will be hard. You will break a sweat. It’s best to go at our own pace. Not to worry about the weight or the way they do it. I’ve been in a depression for a few weeks and this was a great workout and y’all are encouraging trainers. Thank you.
