    I'm feeling so much stronger from doing these body project videos! I tried this one a couple weeks ago and had such a hard time! I decided to do more intermediate excersizes for a while longer. Last night I felt like I was ready to try it again and I got through it with no pauses! I'm feeling so proud that I'm excited to do it again today!

    I followed this channel for around 2 years. My doctor warned me that if I do not lose enough weight, I will get diabetes for sure when I get older. So I use this channel as my occasional daily exercise. With the sugar control in my diet and exercises, I have lost 15kg. I feel amazing with the weight loss, I can feel I am smarter, fast-response, and able to handle more challenging tasks in my study. So here, I would like to show my gratitude to the channel founder. This comment can be regarded as a little milestone for me and I am proud of myself. I have considered giving up because I felt it is hard to make exercises a daily routine, but luckily I am still sticking with my weight-losing plan even though I only do exercise 4-5 times a week maximum. And I hope my feedback can encourage people who need to lose weight like me. Life is like this: No pain, no gain. Let's go for it!

    Doing this while in quarantine. The amount of sweat after is amazing! I can't keep up with Alex's speed when using the weights. My arms are as soft as spaghetti, but I know with repetition and consistency comes improvement. :)

    I am sort of a beginner. I have been doing your workouts for about a month, stopping a bit during June, but now I'm back at it! I tried this video today just to see if I could do it. I completed it, although I had to alter a few of the moves, but I'm so proud of myself for trying! You guys are awesome!

    I’ve done your workouts for two years now and tonight I wanted a challenge. So I chose this one and boy, did I get a challenge 😅 I had sweat dripping into my eyes so had to pause and go wash my face. Very difficult but a big step that I could even do this, even though I had to pause several times!

    I am so excited to have found this site! Alex, you are a wonderful trainer. I am an experienced exerciser in my early 50s and I want to thank you for giving me something to keep me motivated. Your directions are clear and easy to follow. I amped it up a bit during the arm segment by staying in a sumo or regular squat. Next time I may try it raised on my toes.     I was on the third round of arm exercises and I burst out crying. I don’t think I’ve ever cried during a workout before. I hit a real low point but then I realized I’ve been slacking, not working as hard as I should toward my goal, but I’m not going give up now.

    I have been doing the body project workouts now for about a month and I am so pleased with the results. I am so happy that my body is changing. I had been sticking with Daniels low impact workouts to protect my knees and also because I didn’t really think I was fit enough to do high impact but I tried this work on Saturday and I am addicted. I have done it for 3 days in a row now and each day I am able to pick up my intensity and move more towards high impact movements. Thanks Alex and Daniel you all are truly changing my life. During this quarantine I have committed myself to a healthy lifestyle for the rest of my life which means at least a 30 minute workout everyday no matter what it is. Your works will be a great help with that 👍🏾

    This was one of the hardest exercises I've ever done from you, but it was definitely worth it. I had to pause to catch my breath a couple times, but I'm so glad I pushed through.

    You have to prepare yourself when doing an "Alex" only workout. Alex is a beast and she will work you to the core. I have done enough of these Body Project workouts that I know how to do the modified versions of the exercises as well. To say that I am drench after this workout is an understatement 🤣 But I did it 💪

    A little late to the party but this workout is great. I am by no means advance and tend to stick to the lower impact walking workouts. I figured I'd give this a go now my asthma is under control and I did it!!! I'll hurt tomorrow but I'm so happy 😊 thanks for sharing.

    Whoa this was killer. Guys - if you're looking to step it up to another level this is it (I also recommend "Sweatslinger"). Cardio was no problem, but admittedly had to buy a few extra seconds between weight intervals and skipped the weight on the ab portion to pull through it. Still smiling? LOL.     Great workout. I am 65 been doing all kind of workouts did Jane Fonda too back in my days . But BUT. No one said need to squeeze your abs and keep the muscles tight for the workout to be most effective. Since covid started I’m following Daniel and Wala I felt the difference.     just discovered this, it's a Godsend actually. I have advanced cancer and it may seem strange but daily cardio and resistance are especially important for cancer sufferers. I can't run because of metastasis in my hip and though I can use low impact cross-trainer gyms are closed during lockdown. I have to be careful with the kicks and lunges (cancer in hip) but really this work out sees me through and lifts my spirit. So thanks Alex and Body Project. You have a new fan :)

    I used to workout on a daily basis in india for aerobics , kickboxing and body toning but when I came dubai 2 months back I was worried about increasing of weights and inches as I dint wanted to join gym I find it too robotic I found u ur page 2 months back and I must say I feel more toned and no increase in weight and inches has helped me on daily basis to be fit ... Thank you so much I workout with ur page on a daily basis keep making more and if possible please make special videos for chest and upper body for arms as its my major concern

    I do this workout about 1x /week (with other workouts on other days) and it never gets any easier. It may be short but is deceptive in its design to seem kind of easy enough at first. There are 3 circuits for both cardio and resistance, with cardio first. The first time through the cardio circuit feels manageable enough, but by the 3rd time doing the "touch and raise" (a kind of plyo move) you are begging for mercy, which comes quickly at that point as you soon move on to the resistance part :) Some might complain that the workout is too repetitive but I'd argue that that's what makes it so effective, and it all goes by so fast anyway that it's kind of the perfect all around work out. Forgot to mention there is also a tuff ab section at the end (and it only repeats 2x, but totally does the job!). If you appreciate a challenging, efficient total body workout, this is a great option.

    Loved it 🙂 I’ve always had excuses not to do it, and always do the other HIIT & cardio Pilates but they’re quite easy now & I don’t push myself enough. I think back to how hard cardio Pilates used to be. Great to have a new challenge, and I’ve been wanted to do more arm work, fits that in too - in a nice short time 🙂 kept going - had to swap around a bit with my weights but I’ll get there if I keep going, no excuses now, I’ll be back to it for sure!

    I really like this kind of workout because they are complete, I think you should do more of this video, I would like to do more exercises for upper body, abs and lower body, you do a lot of cardio but I would like to do more others exercises.

    Tough one ... no breaks and high impact. 1 and done I think for me because my hot flashes combined with the high level made me a bit nauseous and dizzy... but it was good for those wanting full on high impact non stop. Where I was 30+ years ago.
