  • We are targeting the full body with today's Compound Strength Cardio HIIT workout. By using dumbbells, we will burn fat and build strength! There are lots of compound moves to keep the heart rate up and also engage your midsection. All move are done standing.     Dear Michelle i cannot thank you enough: i am 75 and have 2 athritic knees, but i was able to do all of it with only some pacing down. Highly recommended workout whatever your age or your knees condition!
    I felt alive and fit again !!!

    What a great full-body strength and cardio HIIT!     One of the most challenging, sweat dripping, cardio pumping workouts. For someone who's intermediate to advanced in workouts it is often hard to find and up the ante. This one is it!

    This is a fabulous quick, intense workout. I revisit it often. The standing only helps my knees - avoiding that up and down. Thank you!
