    I was wondering what time you were working out for it to be moderately cool . I had been using 8 and 5 lbs dumbbells and today I used my new 10 lbs weights for some exercises and really enjoyed this workout. Thank you Michelle!

    I just LOVE your workouts! I never get bored as there are so many to choose from!
    I really appreciate how you talk us through each move making sure we’re executing them perfectly. Sometimes, when you give us a pointer to adjust, I really feel the difference. So much better than those trainers who just offer silent workouts. Yours are SO much better. Also really love how you advise us on the Apple Watch setting for each workout.     This was a good one today. Needed a weight workout. I tried to do the new 20 min abs after and only made it 1/2 way. We did a lot in the 30 min here!
