    That workout was AWESOME!!! Loved the no repeat and quick transitions. Had two sections where video froze, but used a timer to complete the moves and Had to FF the video a bit to next moves. Sweaty!, Thank you, Michelle!!!!❤🥵💪🔥

    i loved this so much... it was fun.. Challenging.. i loved that there were no repeats.. compounding.. and you guided us vs the ones that are silent and play music would love to see more like this thank you

    I’ve been going through all of your workouts looking for something exactly like this! It has compound moves, great abs and obliques, it’s fun but challenging. I’m changing to 3x a week with the other days walking outside. My new favourite!

    It's been months since I pressed play. I went from 5 days a week to nothing ...We had a sick older dog (doing much better) and currently training a new puppy! I been struggling 😔

    Another great workout Michelle! There was little water breaks on this one and I tried my best to endure but had to pause a few times for water. 😅 I really enjoy your challenging workouts!

    Just did this workout. It was so good. Recommend using lighter weights than you are used to as some combo moves can be tricky. That core burner at the end was fire

    I though these would be easier than hiit cardio ones, boy I was so wrong. I found myself soaked 10 mins in and had to stop for longer rests a few times. What great workout. Thank you.
