- You can lose weight fast with no hard exercises and no dieting. Just try this 5-minute super effective fat burning workout you can do right in your bed.
The exercises will help you work out your thighs and legs, making them strong and perfectly toned. Glute bridge exercise strengthens your core, improves your posture, shapes your buttocks, and it's not even the whole list of its benefits. Russian twist is a real godsend for any workout! It engages all the abdominal muscles, reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases, and strengthens the muscles on the side of the abdomen, which are usually very difficult to get. The bicycle crunches exercise works out your upper, middle and lowers abs all at the same time. Crisscross is quite a challenging exercise, as it trains your entire core. It strengthens your abs and lower back. Reverse crunches mostly train your lower abs, and hip and thigh muscles, including iliopsoas, tensor fasciae latae, quadriceps and adductors.
Don't forget to breathe correctly and keep your back straight while doing the exercises. The results will truly amaze you.

SUMMARY
-Lift one leg as high as you can, keeping it at a 90° angle. Lower it back to the starting position and repeat with the other leg.
-Raise the buttocks as you're lying on your back. Stay in this position and slowly go to the tightest you can.
-Lay on your side with your hips exactly above each other, raise the top leg up and slowly return it to the initial position.
-Start seated with your knees bent, slightly lean back and lift the feet. Slowly twist the torso to one side, get back to the initial position, and then slowly twist to the other side.
-Bend your elbows making sure that they are directly beneath your shoulders. Your body should form a straight line and remain in this position for 30 seconds.
-Lie flat with your hands behind your head, then bring your knees in towards your chest. Straighten one leg while turning your upper body to the opposite side, bringing your elbow towards the opposite knee.
-Lie on your back and lift your legs up while keeping them straight. Bring one ankle over the other and switch in a crisscross motion down to the diagonal.
-Lift your feet up off the ground and tuck your knees in toward your chest as you crunch your upper body up. Crunch both your lower and upper body together then let your upper body back down.
-Lie on your back with your knees together, and your legs bent to 90 degrees. Slowly crunch your knees lifting your hips off the floor.
-Lie on your stomach and extend both of your arms out in front of you. Stretch your arms as far out as you can while still keeping your elbows slightly straight. Lift your legs and arms off the ground, pause, and get back to the initial position.

I did the exercises everyday last year and during the first week it was a little effective. After that week, I noticed that I lost 1 Kg. During the second week, my body got more used to the exercise and it was easier to finish them. I did this exercise for three weeks and lost 3 kg from 42kg to 39kg. It does work 😌

I've been doing this every day for two weeks and I've lost ten pounds!
It's effective for me! I've been doing this set of exercise for 1 month and 3 weeks now , I've been really obsessed with small waist and thighs cause some of my clothes doesn't really fit me anymore so I tried doing this exercise now those clothes are really fit to my body now , my waist used to be 28inch but now it's only 26 nearing 25. But I didn't do any diet just exercise.

extremely effective, i lost 4 pounds in 2 days, i did it along water fasting for best results.
ill share you my plan for your results!
be aware, this isn’t very healthy. you need to be determined to loose weight, to be able to.
first thing in the morning: drink lemon detox, my recipe is a whole 2 quarts of water, with 2 lemons.
(drink a cup)
evening/afternoon: do this workout once, at 2 pm. and a couple hours later, do the workout 4 times.
nighttime: drink a cup of detox water, 2 hours before bedtime. then do any source of 30 minute cardio.
when you wake up, take off your clothes, weigh yourself, and you will see you have lost 1 - 2 pounds.
(if you don’t, it’s not me. it depends on your body type. personally i am a person with a fast metabolism, because i am still young.)
p.s i don’t recommend doing this more than 6 times a day.

It really works for me. I just follow this exercises .. Before bedtime. And afternoon. Plus doing diet. Eating atleast 1 boiled egg a day, green tea, oatmeal with banana side dish or apple,
drink plenty of water everyday. Doing only this diet every single day. Then I got a flat belly just for 1 week💪💪
I'm trying lose hella weight , I'm watching 3 videos of exercising a day for 7 days . I recommend this and the other lily girl thing . I'm still searching for another video. I feel like a genius

I did this all summer along with a second work out and a little of a diet and I lost a lot of weight and slimmed down.

when you are feeling lonely like this, go GIVE a hug to someone or do something for someone (and hug them meanwhile perhaps) - THAT is the REAL secret of getting to never feel lonely again. It can be a stranger on the street you smile at and say Good Morning to. Or your next door neighbor - go say hi to them just for the heck of it, Or it can be on the internet somewhere in a comment section where you give someone hug as you reply to their comment (their comment can be about anything). I don't know how to do hearts her so I will do it in characters :)
