Crunches 0:32
Crunches are a champion of burning belly fat and flattening the stomach in a snap. So lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet planted firmly on the mat about hip-width apart. Put your hands behind your head, making sure that your thumbs are placed behind your ears and that your fingers support your head. Then, use your abs to lift your upper body off the floor, keeping your elbows wide apart. Go back to the initial position and repeat.
Vertical leg lifts 3:31
Leg lifts are a true miracle-worker for toning the lower abs. Lie on your back with your arms down at your sides and your legs straight and pulled together. From this position, lift both legs up until your hips form a 90-degree angle. Then, lower them back down until they hover above the floor. Hold this position for about 2-3 seconds, and then lift your legs up again.
Bridge exercise 6:02
Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet hip-width apart. Keep your arms down at your sides. Now, raise your hips up to create a straight line from your knees to your shoulders, curl your spine, and come back down. We’re gonna do 3 sets of 20.
Cobra pose 8:52
Cobra pose tones your abs, strengthens your arms and shoulders, and even boosts your mood! You'll see these results in no time once you start doing this simple exercise regularly. Lie on your stomach, straighten your legs out behind you, keep your hands under your shoulders, and point your elbows back. Press your feet and thighs against the floor, then straighten your arms, and lift your chest off the ground. Press your tailbone towards your pubic bone and your shoulder blades towards each other. Hold this pose for 30 seconds.
Boat pose 9:50
This exercise stimulates the kidneys and helps improve digestion. It’ll also leave you with a perfectly flat and toned belly. Sit on your bottom with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Now, lean back slightly and lift your feet so that your shins are parallel to the floor. Stretch your arms out in front of you at shoulder-height to keep your balance. Hold this position for 30 seconds.

2.Side bends-3sets of 10 on each sides
3.Vertical Leg Lifts-2-3seconds hold and do 3sets of 10
4.Forearm Plank(or simply Plank)-30seconds
5.Bridge exercise-3sets of 20
6.Side Plank-both sides 30seconds
7.Cobra Pose-15-30seconds
8.Boat Pose-30seconds

Just for those who are losing weight, here are a few exercises, but here is my advice:
Day 1, push ups are very hard, so are squats, and especially leg lifts, so don’t give up ur first day. Day 2, everything is a little easier, and leg lifts are much easier. Day 3: everything becomes a habit, and the hardest one would be squats
Enjoy!
Ex 1:
Do squats non-stop for 1 min
Do 10 push ups , a break, 10 push ups again (for beginners) (x2 for advanced)
Do1 minute of non-stop lunges
45 seconds of non-stop push ups
Ex 2:
Day 1:
50 squats
5 push ups
25 leg lifts
Day 2:
55 squats
5 push ups
30 leg lifts
Day 3:
60 squats
7push ups
35 leg lifts.

The only real reason I can't do that is bc I have school and swimming and 2 birds to take care of. I have an exercise chart so I use that.

Day 1: I didn’t do the full workout but I did around 8 minutes of it . Not much change but I definitely feel more motivated to work out as I can feel it working.
These exercises are brilliant! I've been doing this vid once a day about 5/6 times a week and it's made a big difference to waistline. This + 3hour diet can make anyone slimmer!!
How days ??.. 2 weeks....

Week 1: I feel a lot lighter even after just spending about 15 mins on this workout. I didn’t make any changes to my full-of-carbs-diet but still managed half kg down. That’s definitely PROGRESS. 😁

Starting my exercise! I'll be adding a 1 minute non-stop squat, wish me luck!
Day 1: It's really easy but some may be hard like the Plank, Side plank and the last exercise, I also did my 1 minute squat and 10 minutes pass by so quickly
This was a GREAT all body workout, wasn’t hard at all. Quick and easy allows me to get on with my busy day!

Day one: really easy, no change
Day two: still easy but feel more of a burn
Day three: easy, very slight difference
Day four: a very little bit harder but still easy and a bit more of change and I feel good:)
Day five: very easy and adding more time to the workouts, slight change in abs and I still feel good, cant wait for tomorrow!
Day six: crunches and leg lifts felt harder but I’m seeing stronger abs when I flex! One more day until I go on my own
Day seven(last day of posting results): Today I did it two times and in a week I’ll start doing it three times. I feel strong and I have gained a bit of ab muscle but not much so I have to stay dedicated and do it every day. Thank you bright side!

Alexis P I did it two times a day and also doubled the time amount. I did not go on a diet but when someone offered me food I said no and I am not eating 24/7 and instead of choosing chips I got fruit but I am not on a diet

Not sure if anyone else tried. But i did try a few of the workouts mentioned n a combi of others from other videos. Its been 1.5 wks and i lost half inches on my waist n thigh. Gonna continue doing every night. It helps me sleep better too.

Day 2: Got easier but I gained a little bit of weight but, I will continue
Day 3:(I skipped)
Day 4: My stomach was slightly smaller(Got really easy, had to do it early in the morning tho )
Day 5: (Did this in the morning) my stomach gets flatter (it's working 😉)
Day 6(192.2): This is unbelievable 👁️👄👁️ (I did it twice)
Day 7(201lb): Was really easy, I'm might do this every day ☺️
Day 8: I feel amazing
Day 9: skipped
Day 10(189 lb) this is really effective😮✨
Edit: I skipped the yoga poses. Might do this for a month or more, Drink plenty of water, chew slowly with food, and get plenty of rest. I hope this motivates you☺️

I will write all my experience here;
Starting weight:100 lbs
Starting waistline:33 inches
Day 1-It was intense, I couldnt even do side planks for too long so instead I did some more crunches and squads. Im hardly breathing.
Im gonna so a 7 day test for all of you im keeping my diet the same but not over filling on junk food.
Day 1- im pretty sore around my stomach and back but i feel the burn and feel like im doing good
Day 2- its hurting more today but its motivating me to go further but no weight difference yet
Day 3- so far im not seeing any difference but i feel better and the excersizes are becoming easier
I'll do this for a week and keep you guys updated x btw I'm 13 and I’m doing this once a day along with regular/healthy eating
Day 1- I can never do a proper crunch without hurting my neck but after the crunches it was super easy lol but I’ll probably be sore tomorrow but oh well
Day 2- NO difference that I can see but that is expected lol it doesn’t just happen over night. It was a lot tougher today than I remembered it to be but I took a lot shorter breaks than yesterday which is good but I started doing things more in the correct way of doing them. I’m not flexible so doing this is always very fun aha 😅😂 This made me more energised though which is awesome x Can’t wait for tomorrow.
Day 3- Easier AnD quicker 💪👌
Day 4- same as yesterday :) I will tell you if I see results on day 7

Im going to tell you the truth, this actually works. I actually lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks from doing these exercises and, eating a little bit less. This is really the only healthy way I've used, to lose weight so far.

Btw I do one day and then skip the next day and then the day after I do it.

I just started doing this daily and I think it work because it's hard. It only takes you 20 mins per day. I will update you when I lose some weight and I will say how much it took and how much I lost. I will keep going for 1 month. hope it works.

I've tried this before and gave up after a week. So now I'm going back to this and another one which I started yesterday. I also walk for 15 minutes every weekday

I did this workout everyday and I’m so much happier with my body type this helped me a lot I ate normally but after eating I would workout I recently tried on all my clothes from last year and they all fit I suggest that you try this out constantly
it really works i was just starting about a month and my waist line is already 21 without dieting i just do this 2 times or 1 time a day
