Certified fitness ball instructor Suzanne Deason highly recommends this exercise because you’ll feel almost no pain in your spine while doing it as opposed to crunches performed lying down.

    DAY - 1 ---- Don't felt anything just sweating.
    DAY - 2 ---- Did awesome compared to before
    DAY - 3 & 4 ----
    Felt pain in hands ,belly and legs but felt light
    After 2 month I lost 20 kgs......
    It's really amazing

    Day 1: I'm starting to feel motivated. I couldn't do the ball ones cause I don't have one.
    Day 2: I'm feeling a little pain in my legs whilst doing some of these. I'm also feeling pain in my stomach.
    Day 3:
    I think it’s working
    I see some change

      You can do it! Don’t give up! I’m also doing this, but it’s awkward considering my family find it weird for me to work out, so I do this in the middle on the night.

    try it guys it so effective it's my 25th day now i can really feel that im totally losing my belly fats
    but also remember that this was only 30% you still need to control your foods :)

    Day 1: I wanna slim down.
    Resolution: I'll exercise and avoid junk food.
    Day 2: Strenuous exercise, only healthy food.
    Day 3: No exercise due to pain. Roll in bed watching TV. Crave for junk food.
    Day 4: Cuddles in bed eating all the junk food.
    Day 5: Forgets the resolution "Exercise and No junk food"
    Few months later someone remarks on my obesity and the history repeats itself.

    I'm on my third day and I measured 78.5 cm before I started. I'll check it two weeks​ from now and see if there's​ improvement.
    Edit: December 10 right now and I measured 77.5 cm. No change in diet and daily routine, just doing this exercise everyday. There were days that I skipped because my tummy hurts. This is really great!

    Im a Military..this exercise i was do everyday but more to hard and it call as PT..but the basic is more less like this and its very helpfull tu reduce body weight..to be more effective,try running/jogging first in 2 or 3 kilometers then doing the exercise as in this video..

      @@aditigoyal9653 I actually did notice a change after doing it for about a week or so, my my arms look a little slimmer and my stomach looks a bit flatter. I'd recommend doing this 100% it just takes a few weeks to notice a change!

    I’m gonna do this for idk how long but I’m on day one and I just did it!
    Day 1- All of them were pretty easy and not that hard!
    I’ll come back tomorrow and do it for all of you wanting results!

    I love the exercises the bright side shows simple but hard.....most other exercises shown by other channels were not like working for me but bright side kinda does.....I just feel motivated to lose weight when I see these comments and yes I did start.....3rd day now...lemme see if this work
