It's kinda hard because my mom wouldn't let me skip meals especially breakfast and dinner

DAY - 1 ---- Don't felt anything just sweating.
DAY - 2 ---- Did awesome compared to before
DAY - 3 & 4 ----
Felt pain in hands ,belly and legs but felt light
After 2 month I lost 20 kgs......

Day 1: I'm starting to feel motivated. I couldn't do the ball ones cause I don't have one.
Day 2: I'm feeling a little pain in my legs whilst doing some of these. I'm also feeling pain in my stomach.

I started doing ab exercises today and I hope it will help me get fit
I'm on my third day and I measured 78.5 cm before I started. I'll check it two weeks from now and see if there's improvement.
Edit: December 10 right now and I measured 77.5 cm. No change in diet and daily routine, just doing this exercise everyday. There were days that I skipped because my tummy hurts. This is really great!

Im a Military..this exercise i was do everyday but more to hard and it call as PT..but the basic is more less like this and its very helpfull tu reduce body weight..to be more effective,try running/jogging first in 2 or 3 kilometers then doing the exercise as in this video..

I weigh 265 pounds and just had. Baby 3 weeks ago. This was actually quite simple. Think I'm gonna make it one of my daily exercises.

I do this excercise but not everyday....then also I observe some changes....I don't do the ball exercise only coz I don't have...for today I will start my 7 days challenge...I will keep updating u if I forget keep reminding me ...thank u !
Im doing this everyday for now on, and I'm going to take a picture of myself and after a week I'll do it again to see if there is a change 🤗

@@aditigoyal9653 I actually did notice a change after doing it for about a week or so, my my arms look a little slimmer and my stomach looks a bit flatter. I'd recommend doing this 100% it just takes a few weeks to notice a change!
