Now it has been 1 month and I have lost a lot of weight around 2kg I can see change not only my stomach but my legs have gotten stronger before I used to run 10 minute but now I can run like 20 minutes and I have became very flexible . And with this I used to drink water as soon as I get up like two glasses ☺️ and that's all I hope my update helped you ☺️☺️ bye bye 👋

I have been doing this for 4 months now and my body started to get back to a toned shape. I am so grateful I decided to do it every other day. It makes my body stronger and healthier. Even though I am now in my early 50s , I think it is never too late.

I am not an expert. When I was practising yoga, my master taught me to relax and do as much as I can rather than pushing myself to do it.
Beginners can start with 30 seconds or less. Do not push your body beyond its limits. Improve gradually. cheers. :)

Thanks bright side..but all asanas start from shavasana and ends with shavasana..one more thing..all asanas must do with right inhale and exhale breath ing and u didn't mention breathing in any of these asanas..if u r not doing asanas with rt breathing all these will be in vain.it will give negative result

Been doing yoga for a couple weeks now and notice a big improvement in my flexibility and also most important my strengths. My little muffin of a tummy has gone down and also my arms have gotten slimmer and stronger. Did this video for the first time today and it may look easy but wow. Good luck to everyone!
I’ve been doing this for almost 3 months already and I for sure feel a difference. You might not feel any soreness but you sure do feel hunger and you do lose weight. Once again 🙏🏽

I was opposite I felt like it wasn’t hard enough, not cardio so it won’t work.. boy was I wrong!
I've been doing this yoga session and rotating with the next one that comes up after this for 6 months. I have dramatically increased my strength and flexibility. But more importantly, I went from feeling these moves were really hard and uncomfortable to now looking forward to them each day. Stick with these long term and it will change the way you feel about your strength and flexibility vastly :)

I've been doing the abs yoga and everyone is asking what I have been doing to look good. BTW I am a good weight and always active but could not shake the tummy. Now flat as! Never too late to start and I am in my late 50's. Use it or lose it!

Edit- i've been doing this for 3-4 days now, without a proper diet but I do already notice a little bit of difference, I suggest that u eat less, don't really need to go on a diet just reduce the amount food u eat and u will see a difference!👌

I feel like when the time is 1 minute, for the other exercises, they are the longest 1 minutes of my life but for the corpse one it is the total opposite 😂😅

I am age 11 and this was really difficult. I am not skinny and I wanted to lose weight so I could be more secure about my body, let me say that this was very difficult I gave up halfway through the video cause my asthma started to kick in but tomorrow I hope that I could get thought the whole thing. This exercise really works for me. I've tried several types of exercises but since I found this one, I just sticked to it. I started it last week of August and it is really doing wonders to my belly. I am now able to wear those clothes that I haven't worn for a long time because they were too small for me.But not anymore now!Thank you!

These yoga asanas are really affective, initially if you are new to yoga you might end up having pains and aches all over but , don't give up ,coz the final result is gonna be amazing.
Tried this out in 2019 and loved the results , have gotten a little chubby during quarantine,so back at it again.

I continued these 15 yoga poses for 2 months and lost 4 kgs. From 76 to 72. . It was gradual but it brings a lot of difference in the posture , body shape , hair and skin. . One must try before commenting against this yoga.
Love all of the yoga poses. My body feels so good when done. Goal is to do these daily in addition to my regular yoga practice.

I was pleased to find out that the standing exercise you showed in the beginning was something I thought I made up for the longest time 😂 I wasn't sure if it did anything but I always felt it work my core and I'm glad to see it's an actual work out and I'm not just being silly 😅

Don't do this if you aren't a trained yogi. Doing some of these wrong could be harmfull. If you want to do yoga safely on the internet I would recomend "yoga with adrienne" or "yoga with kassandra". They are good teachers and know how to deal with first timers. I am following Adrienne myself
if you decide to take these yoga poses, you should warm your body up first, if not, you can get hurt and dizzy when do them

Quite true...and technically speaking, any activity done with the intent of unifying body, mind and soul is a form of yoga, and if you misuse these disciplines you're actually doing your entire being more harm than good. Although this video is focused mainly on the typical Western goal of improving the body, it is still less damaging than going to those horrendous gym classes in which Yoga is presented in almost the same way as aerobics or some sort of spectator sport!

@@cupcakeChristy it is definitely better than half the intense workouts that end up changing your whole figure.. and even for workouts, you dont directly jump to doing pushups for 25 mins straight now do you? ;) you start with the beginner workouts. The same goes for yoga. Once you improve your flexibility you go for the intense ones. Its mot like nobody else but India is doing yoga right? :))
Have been doing this particular yoga, but never gave it a thumbs up cos I wanted to see the result. But today have given it. If possible I would have given a thumbs up a 101 times

I've been doing this for 3 weeks now (only 2-3 times a week) and I could see a little difference on my abdomen, it does get toned up a bit but I can tell you this exercise reaaally improves flexibility.

Awesome video. I am a yoga instructor myself (certified by Vivekananda Yoga University) and these poses actually do work if your goal is to achieve a flat stomach. Plus, there are many more benefits except a toned body.
May I ask do you alternate side for side plank, revolve side angle, and tree pose? Because if we do it only on one side, it feels unbalanced. Do we alternate it between left and right on alternate days? Thanks.

It is not exercise, it's "YOGA". Yoga will relax you. Do it and feel the difference.
Never push yourself further then your body will allow... you will end up tearing your muscles, ligaments or tendons which will take MANY months or even years to heal... The older you are the less flexible you are so dont try to push too hard.
Stretching should never be painful.. it should feel a little uncomfortable maybe - the trick is to relax in the position, your brain will want to fight the urge of an over stretch as a defence mechanism.. if this happens ease off a little and relax the musle and make sure to breath.
Never hold your breath while stretching.
I use to do kickboxing so stretching was very important.. if its done too much too soon you will get injured!!!!

I did like 7 dances and 5 workouts now I'm sweaty and gross of it was worth it
litrily the second one made me feel like I was about to snap in half
When I first did this video I was 136 pounds and trying to lose. I do these yoga poses a couple times every month and include some of them in my nightly workout. I am now 114 lb and have lost 20 pounds

The Potato not really. I do try to eat healthier. I adding more fruits and veggies into my meals and I’m eating smaller portions. I recommend drinking a glass of water before and after each meal and during the afternoon so that you can control your portions. I also recommend the app Lifesum. All you have to do is put in each thing you eat and it adds up the calories for you. It’s also tracks your exercising and how much water you drink. I found it very helpful and I appreciate the little tips it gives you

I really enjoyed the workout. I have been trying this for a month now.
I have been doing these yogasanas everyday since 1 month. I can see the results, it is so effective. Also, I'm so much used to doing these, that I don't like to miss it any day. Still I find boat pose most difficult.
Love this workout regime, its been over two weeks and i already feel energetic and high on stamina. Hasn't noticed any physical changes yet, though. side plank pose and boat pose for me ,is the hardest. Also i've added 5 sun salutations along with 5 mins of anulom vilom (breathing exercises) with this regime.
@vishsagi2011, I usually do 15-20 sun salutations, your this comment made me doing 28 sets of today, I got the motivation 😅
