- Spring into Summer! This is my first ever 30 DAY challenge! 100 KB or DB SWINGS/day (for 30 days) added onto your daily workout routine. Instructions on how to perform a proper KB Swing are included as well as my first 100 swings! I'm looking forward to the "perks" - hopefully stronger legs, a tighter, "perk-ier" butt and a more resilient lower back. Getting ready for shorts and bikinis! @@FrauMase especially amazing at 52 women have hormonal changes at this age that makes us gain weight in the abdomen so to keep her stomach good and have strength at this age is pretty amazing.
I did it all in one rep the first day, I thought I was more unfit than I thought.. pleasantly surprised. I'm doing it past the 30 days and continuing with 100KB swings as long as possible

I started a kettlebell workout where I do 20X 10 Kettlebell Swings + push-ups (10,9,8, descending) if the gym equipment are occupied with other using it, or I don’t have time to go to the gym. Its quite effective !

How has it been ?
Two cycles of an ascending ladder works really well, and it's from Pavel:
5 reps, 10 reps, 15 reps, & 20 reps = 50 total reps, and done again = 100 reps

what to do between the reps? How long to rest?
@@Chi_di 15-20 seconds, wiggling about to keep that lactic acid going as one big load in your cardiac muscles-- not a good thing.
After your final swing set, make sure you do a series of hands in small of back back extension stretches-- many people get injuries as your frontal torso muscles stay in over contracted state.

Omg 😩 did a (30 mins) 5k Run and remembered while falling inside my house I've the 100 kettlebell swings to do.. Wow that was hard but I did it with my 8kg kettlebell that's 17 lbs 🙃😫

Why are you dropping the kettlebel so low and why are you swinging it so high, when the arms are not part of the swing. The hips only guide the height of the swing.?
I have a strong thrust and the KB is light because the challenge is rep based.

Cause I wanted to swing. Everyone does squats. We squat everyday. And squatting also targets quads. I wanted to focus on hams and glutes.
