    The hamstrings are so misunderstood! Too often they're misused and abused and then irritated further by doing all the wrong things - like overstretching. Some of the most common injuries relating to the hamstrings could be prevented by adding more strength.
    In this 30 minute yoga for hamstrings practice we'll work through several movements that help balance both strength and length, because we all need both!
    Two blocks are recommended, and you'll need a blanket or towel.
