Tricep Workout at Home with Dumbbells | 10 Minutes

Follow along to this 10 minute tricep workout at home with dumbbells.
The triceps make up approx 2/3rds of your entire arm muscles! So developing your triceps really add shape and definition to your arms but also aid with so many movements when training and are an important body part to not incorporate at LEAST once per week!
The exercises today are focused on the triceps with different movements all involving a pair of dumbbells.
The 5 exercises are performed for 45 seconds each followed with 15 seconds rest before moving onto the next movement. We repeat this all again bringing us up to the 10 minute mark. I have also included a finisher if you fancy an extra challenge... 30 seconds of diamond triceps push ups! These can be performed no knees or off!

For your reference, I’m using 2 x 6kg dumbbells!

Hi MISSYMINX261 first think I’d done’s focus on build your small muscles up first because I’m quite big and also I already have been play dumbbells for a long time ago , the chance is when I have loosing my weight a lots I must to build my muscles up quickly as I could ortherwise it will be like bingo wing . That’s all I have done . I’m quite s sport person before seen I’ve got my children’s my confidence has gone out the window to get up do exercise , like I always said to my set is MYSET , FOCUS , KEEP CALM 🥰😘🦵🏋️♀️💪❤️❤️

I see how heavy her weights are. And how can you say its "incomparable" when you don't know the weights I'm using? Lol either way, I was just saying she's using weights that challenges her and not just light weights so she doesn't sweat. It's just realistic and therefore refreshing is all I'm saying. 🙂
@@jessieenriquez8309 in fact my comment was general saying comparing to lighter weights 2kg or 3kg, not specifying anything regarding your weights. Not easy to do overhead triceps presses with 6kg but maybe you can do it so- good for you. Have a nice day and a good workout
I thought to myself, "what a quick little 10 minutes tricep workout, I'll add it to the end of my workout". I am beginning to see the shorter your workouts the more intense they are. My triceps are on fire!

Honestly my type of work out. I am a very busy person as I study full time, work two part-time jobs and still try to maintain my social life and spend time with my boyfriend... so quick and intense is the way to go for me, haha. I'm satisfied with my biceps but my triceps are still lacking so this is perfect!

I’ve been doing this arm workout maybe once or twice a week for the past year, I’ve worked my way up from 10 lbs to 25lb dumbbells!!!! My arms are definitely getting slimmer as well!

Hi!! This is really a very effective workout.. I have been doing it everyday along with other exercises.. For past 3 weeks and I just make sure that I do this everyday (but yeah I have missed 2-3 days in between) and I have lost my arm flab.. There was pooch in the back of my arms (triceps) now it's on its way to get tonned.. I am so happy. Thank you so much!!

I don't lift daily, I have leg day, and upper body day and Abs everyday.

I just want to tell you that I really really appreciate your exercises, it's the first time in my life that I feel motivated with a youtube trainer and more because I am able to do them and feel happy even though I don't have a great body. I can feel my muscles working through the exercises and feeling great at the next day with a lil' bit of pain but happy.

I looked up tricep exercises and found 2 by guys that were 90% blah blah BS and 10% doing. Reminds me why I hate the public gym and enjoy my gym at home. I looked at this one and it goes from one tricep exercise to the next. Thank you. You are the real deal.

I found your channel and started doing this routine twice a week for my upper body workout. By the time I get to the diamond push ups at the end my arms are fatigued! I want to keep my arms nice and toned for the remainder of my 50s (I'm 58) and not lose muscle mass. I like the way you set this video up which was easy to follow and my triceps feel great! 😊
This is a killer. I never really do arm workouts and this was the best video I have come across. I’m not going to lie, I tapped out when she started doing push-ups but I have faith in myself. Give me 2 weeks and I’ll be able to handle the push-ups 💪🏿

Hands down on eo fmy fave vids I have seen. A REAL person who does the entire workout in real time that actually needs to take breaks like we do. I hat to watch the vids where they will show you 5 reps of an exc. and move on or start out doing them with you only to stop and and talk the rest of the way thru. THANK U

Hello Gemma! This is exactly what this workout will do! It will build the tricep muscles therefore adding definition and strength. I would suggest you try to incorporate tricep workout and every body part at least once per week! Cx

How much weight will be appropriate for a beginner?
Hello Shilpi! Thanks for your question! I would recommend for this workout if a complete beginner approx 4kg each dumbbell. But some of the lower body workouts maybe 8kg each. Overtime, and often within weeks depending on effort and consistency, you might find you can lift that little bit heavier!

Wow, I have not come across such a good tricep workout. First video workout where I actually feel like my triceps are burning, since its the hardest part to burn fat from. I really want to get rid of my batwings, so I really hope this will let me achieve that! Thank you!
U can't "burn fat" from specific areas, unfortunately. It's definitely good to target the muscles there, which is what ur doing in workouts like these. But fat reduction is overall body fat, not a specific location. Hope this helps! Keep up the good work

Thank you Caroline for inspiring me not to give up on achieving good and well formed muscles. This time I have been so constant doing this workout and the 10 min upper body workout, and happy to say that finally my arms look firmer and yesss, also thinner. I am so motivated but I know I still have more work to do to. I want so very much my arms to look the way they looked before this pandemic. I also gained 3 kilos and I have to work on that, but when there is a will there is a a way. I know I will get there. Thank you so much.

Did it with 6kg dumbells except for the overhead extensions and skull crushers where I had to use 4kg ones. Wanted to do the 20 mn triceps workout video but was too tired after the 1000 abs rep challenge. So happy I did it. Thank you so much

I just wanted to say Thank you. I have been struggling with my arms for years. I have tried to commit to so many workouts only to be disappointed when I see no results. I have been doing this workout every day for about 2 weeks. Some days I use lighter weight than other days, but I have tried to stick to 10 lbs. My fiance made a comment yesterday and said my arms looks noticeable more lean. I also notice a difference in my strength, 10 pounds is starting to feel too easy, so I had to order 20 pounds. I LOVED THIS SO MUCH!! My tricep muscles are non-existent but I’ve recently lost a lot of weight (40 lbs, still going!) and have some loose skin in that area so I need to start working on them and this was so amazing. I rewound the video a little and tried to do 3 sets instead of 2 but I could only do a few reps of each the 3rd time, my arms are on fire but it feels so good!!!!
