Yes man, It's always ones priority, one should never decide based on others decision, I am earning 14 lpa as fixed salary leaving apart other component with 3yrs experience, It's my choice to stay here based on my life situation, so don't take decision on watching others videos. What this guy is telling are the stories of his friends of how their friends dared to take decisions on their own..you should also do same. I am clear that I don't want to go onsite.

Just speak about the Indian "toxic hierarchy slavery culture" vs. foreign work cultures, the Indian organisation mindset should change, especially for corporates. Money and savings aside, internal peace is more important than a job. That we get only in foreign countries like the EU and USA... Indian culture won't fill my stomach.
