Hello sir. I have one question, in order to get hike from new company , is it required to show 3 months of incremented salary slip ? or 1 month of incremented salary slip will work. Means if HR will ask for 3 months of salary slip then 2months old salary slip + 1 month new salary slip will work?

I have joined in IT company before 11 months. I completed successfully a project of 6 months.then i got second project from last month.In this I have lots of work load and burden.So I told to manager to decrease my work load.But, he throw me in a task and That task is not relevant to my previous work.the company fired on me and company has 2 years of bond.Now What can I Do ..Give me some suggestion.

Pehle nhi hota tha but 2021 till 2022 TCS ne bhi offer letter revise kiye hai
Great i have received some offers but mostly were around same package level.
That is the real problem with many hiring they reveal salary at last.
